Sawmill Creek Condominiums are located right on the Four O’clock Ski Run for great Ski-In/Shuttle-Out access in the winter or hiking & biking access in the summer! Plus, right on the bus route for a quick 5 minute ride to the Snowflake Chairlift, as well as only a block to Main Street Breckenridge, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! This unit at Sawmill Creek features a full kitchen, fireplace in the living room, washer/dryer, private balcony, free wireless internet, elevator access and two on-site hot tubs. This condominium has recently been professionally renovated and decorated. All bedrooms have large TV's with premium cable channels. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. Ample seating both inside and out for you and your guests to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle however there is free parking via breckpark.com and free bus transportation through breckfreeride.com. Most guests park their car and use the bus system. It is always free and can take even you to other nearby towns such as Frisco and Keystone. It is very reliable, runs often and delivers you and your ski gear directly to the ski-run of choice and countless locations throughout the city of Breckenridge. The location is one of the best in Breckenridge.

    Host was very responsive and accommodating! Condo was perfect for the family. Living room seating was a little tight if you have more than 5 but great for us. Hot water with multiple people showering! TV’s in all rooms for a little down time. Will definitely book again!

    The condo was well stocked with pots, pans, towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. We were a party of 10 staying in the condo and it was great with plenty of room. However, the location was the absolute best part of this condo! It is so close to downtown and the ski lifts! I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

    The location was great as it was only a block from Main Street. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

    We loved the location of this property. It was perfect walking distance to main street. We had 10 people in our party so we noticed not everyone can fit in the living room some of us had to sit at the kitchen table while we hung out. Overall the place was wonderful. Definitely a perfect place to stay if your gonna spend the day on the slopes and not much time in the condo. Would Definitely book it again ,but maybe with not 10 people more like 6 .

    We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! This apartment is in an unbeatable location—just steps away from everything we wanted to explore. We were able to walk everywhere, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and convenient.The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. It was the perfect layout for us, with a designated area for parents and kids, allowing everyone to have their own space while still being together.We also had the grandparents with us, and the elevator was an absolute lifesaver, making it easy for them to move around comfortably.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. We can’t wait to come back!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sawmill 312. The condo has been renovated and laid out SO well for a family! The upstairs can easily and comfortably sleep 4-5 kiddos. Ours loved their own “kid space”, and that there is a 3/4 bath upstairs was ah-mazing! The main level has 2 large en-suite bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and family room. The attention to detail with the plug ins, the light switches, accessibility of just everything you could imagine, is fantastic! We stayed here with our 78 yo grandmother and she was able to walk to town, walk to the gondola, enjoy the coffee shops and shopping. You really can’t go wrong!

    We only stayed one night on our way to Buena Vista but this was the perfect spot to stop and explore downtown Breckenridge. The check-in process went smoothly and the space was clean and roomy. It had a cozy, cabin feel with plenty of space to spread out. We went to the downtown area a few times and the walk was short and easy.
