Fairview estates custom built gorgeous home!

Great home in a quiet location only 5 minutes from downtown Breck. Kitchen and dining area was great as well.

Communications with host were excellent.

The house was perfect for our family and vacation. Jodie was also great communicating with us and very flexible with our schedule.

Jody was a magnificent host! My family and I stayed around the 4th of July, house was in a great location on the North end of Breck. House was as described, clean, and fit my family of 5 +dog with no issue. Would absolutely go back!

Lovely home. Great kitchen. Tons of eating space. Wonderful master suite. (Wish the bed was a king). Perfect location to zip in/out to Breck and Frisco, while avoiding traffic and general chaos of the towns. Easy drive to all the mountains, including Vail. Garage parking was awesome. Dog-friendly! Owner was very easy to communicate with and very friendly.

We had the best time staying at Jodi’s beautiful home in Breckenridge. She was extremely accommodating and welcoming. The house itself is gorgeous. You get amazing mountain view’s and the neighborhood felt very safe and secure. I hope we get a chance to stay here again!

We spent an amazing month at this property . We all loved it . The communication with our Host Ms Jodi was always swift and helpful and an amazing inspiration. The check in and check out was so easy and the instructions simple and clear . The home was exactly as it looked on the VRBO website . It was very clean and welcoming . The home has everything we could have imagined needing and more . The home had so much space inside and outside and the views of the mountains was wonderful to wake up to each morning . The owner also allowed us the use of the garage which was fantastic as we had brought bikes and other outdoor equipment. The location is quiet and peaceful and at the same time so very close to the cycle path that runs to Breckenridge in one direction and Frisco the other. The free bus stop is just at the rotary on the main road both directions and was easy to catch every hour . There are so many beautiful trails nearby . This home is a perfect base for a vacation to chill and relax or get out there and find adventure. We would highly recommend this home it was so beautiful- we have already booked a return stay for next year . A huge thanks for letting us stay from the Tosh Clan with 2 & 4 legs .

Great view of the mountains, great location and a very nice house. We enjoyed hiking, shopping and family meals.

Jody is a lovely host with a lovely home. The house is in an excellent location, close to the heart of Breck in a quiet neighborhood. Jody was very quick to respond, kind and enjoyable to talk to. The house is spacious and nice. We knew that Jody would stay in the locked off basement during part of the stay. We did NOT know that a friend of hers would stay a night in the basement until 2 hours before the friend arrived. We were VERY uncomfortable with someone else besides Jody staying overnight in the house. We would NEVER have stayed here if we knew the locked off basement would be used by anyone besides the owner!!!! We did not realize that we would not have direct entry to the house from the garage. We had to walk up so many steps to get in and out of the house with our luggage and ski gear. The steps were icy and not easy to get up/down in ski boots. The entryway is quite large but does not have a great setup for ski gear. The master is upstairs and does not have a door. The master shower also does not have a door and because of that showering was cold! The back door did not lock. A locksmith was supposed to come fix it and never showed up. We had to put a chair up against the door when we left and at night. The internet was spotty at times. Netflix often kicked us out because people were watching from the same account in other locations. We just had more issues than anticipated that definitely took away from our vacation, especially given the price we paid for the week.
