This historic property is located one block from Main Street in Breckenridge. The home has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There is a downstairs basement that rents separately and thus not included in this rental. Please note: This rental is only for the main floor of the home which is the three bedroom 2 1/2 bath property as shown in the pictures.

This home was the home of the original mayor of Breckenridge Colorado. It is quaint and beautiful. Historic. Easy walk to the Peak 9 baseare la and the Quicksilver lift. Also the Blue Shuttle bus picks up on French Street approximately 50 yards away.

This is a great home in historic Breckenridge.

We have no rental history simply because our family has used this property for ourselves every New Years's. This is our first time to put it up for rent.
