This is a Fabulo New Years Ski Week rental of a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit which sleeps 8 with 1 king size bed(sleeps 2) in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The unit has a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, double sink, microwave range with oven, dishwasher and a full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans and plates and dishes and cooking equipment. The unit has a dining table that will seat 8 as well as 3 chairs that pull up to the granite kitchen counter to make it easy for talking and getting together after a busy day on the slopes! The kitchen has a toaster and coffeemaker as well. The master bedroom in the unit has the king size bed with 2 sinks and a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate section of the bath with another sink and a stand up shower and toilet. The second bedroom of the split plan has a full kitchenette of its own including a small sink, microwave, and a small stove and a small dishwasher and can be locked off for privacy if desired. The unit will have a TV with satellite TV in the master bedroom, second bedroom and living room. The living room will have a private balcony and have a gas fireplace with a mantle which is controlled by a wall switch. Each bedroom has a DVD player. The unit has a phone and WIFI is free at the resort. WIFI is also free in the lobby of the resort. The resort has a rec room, multiple indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna and steam room, on site restaurant and bar, 2 private movie theaters on property with 500 digital movies in the electronic queue, concierge and activities desk at the resort, storage lockers for ski and snowboard equipment in each building and underground heated enclosed parking with elevator access to all floors. This property is amazing and has some of the largest units available in its class in town. The units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units with a full split and lock off plan. They master has a king bed and the bathroom has 3 sinks in the master and a jacuzzi tub and a stand up shower! The living room in the middle of the unit has a couch which converts to a sleeper sofa couch to sleep 2, and a lounge chair and a gas fireplace with a cable tv wall mounted and a coffee table and off of that room is the full kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a double sink and all of the pots and pans you will need to feel like you are home. The kitchen has an eat in granite counter top in addition to having a dining room table just off of the kitchen to seat even more. The hall closet has a stacking washer dryer in the unit for your convenience. The second bedroom has queen size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa to sleep a total of 4 in this room. The second bedroom can be locked off for privacy if desired and has its own entrance if you want to use it for that purpose. The room has a safe for valuables which you can set a combination for during your stay. The unit will have all of your linens, towels and silverware and pots and pans and anything else you might need can be obtained from housekeeping on site. The front desk is there 24 hours a day to help with any needs during your stay. The unit has 3 TV's and one is in each bedroom and 1 is in the living room over the fireplace. All TV's are satellite and there is a DVD player in the room for your convenience. There are DVD kiosks in your building if you wish to rent movies during your stay for a small additional fee. The room will have a balcony off of the living room. The room and resort have free internet WIFI for your use during your stay. The room has a phone in it. Your basic soaps for kitchen, bath and shower are in the unit. The starter soaps for the washer are also provided. Bath towels for use of the pools and hot tubs are in the room for use during your stay. There is a courtesy shuttle for use by guests to go anywhere in town and back to the resort. It is not an airport shuttle though. There are enclosed garages for your vehicle in the building that you will be staying in and you are allowed 2 parking spaces during your stay. The garages are heated and there is elevator access to your floor from the garage. There are ski lockers in the garage for use during your stay. There are multiple indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs on property as well as a kiddie pool. There is a sauna and steam room on property. There is a kids game room and a full workout room on property. We have multiple private movie theatres on property with over 500 digital movies in the movie que for use by resort guests during your stay(by reservation through the front desk). The resort has an on-site concierge in building 1 to help with trip planning and reservation recommendations at local restaurants and with planning excursions or planning shuttles to the airport and back. We have our own restaurant and bar on property as well as a Christy's Sports rental location on-site for your convenience! There are gas grills outside of each building for use by you during your stay if you wish to cook on the grill. There is a computer and printer in building one on the property for use if you do not wish to bring your own on the trip. There is an activity center on property offering an activities coordinator for making crafts and things on a daily basis for those who do not want to ski or snowboard during your stay. There are fully equipped modern locker rooms off of the indoor pool areas for your use. There is an outdoor fire pit area on property. The property can be used as ski in and ski out if you desire or you can ride our shuttle one minute to peak 9 and use the convenient super chairs at that location to start your day skiing or snowboarding. We have a small store on property for sundry items and small grocery items in Building 1. The resort is one minute away from the ski school via our private resort shuttle! I am one of the largest owners at the resort and I bought units here for a reason. This is a wonderful property. The resort has heated streets and sidewalks (very unusual) that allows you to traverse the property more safely during the snowy times. As you can see we have not missed much. This listing is for a fabulous New Years Week rental of a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1200 square foot spacious split plan Penthouse condo unit in Breckenridge, CO. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 sits at the base of Peak 7 in wonderful Breckenridge, CO. This is truly a ski in and ski out property. Literally put on your skis and step out the ski locker at the resort and go right to a super lift to take you up the hill to start your ski adventure. This is a 5 star property with amenities abound and is considered a crown jewel of this wonderful ski town. If you want a truly amazing, and relaxing vacation this is the place to stay. The unit you would rent from me is in Building One which is the check-in building and the unit is located on the fifth floor of the building and his views of Baldy Mountain. The unit has a master bedroom with a King Size Bed which sleeps 2 and the master bath has 3 sinks a jacuzzi tub and a stand up shower and toilet! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The second bedroom, on the opposite side of the unit from the master bedroom, has a queen bed which sleeps 2 and another full bathroom with a sink, tub/shower combo and toilet and finally off of that room is a separate room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa which sleeps 2 more. The condo sleeps 8. The living room which is in the middle of the unit off of the full-sized kitchen has a gas fireplace controlled by a wall switch for convenience in using. The unit has a stacking washer/dryer to simplify your week and to help you pack lighter for your trip. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils and pots and pans, a coffeemaker, a blender, a full size refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless steel sink, granite eat-in kitchen counter to seat 4 and a full size dining table to seat 8. the living room has a couch, fireplace, private balcony, and two sitting chairs for hanging out after a full day. the unit has 4 televisions. One in the master, one in the second bedroom, one in the room off of the second bedroom where one of the queen sleeper sofas is located and one in the living room. The unit will have all linens and towels and will have towels available for use at the hot tubs and pools. The unit will have a starter set of soaps and shampoo and will have dish soap and 7 dishwasher soap tabs for use one each day. The unit will have 2 clock radios, one in each bedroom, wireless internet, and a small room safe to hold your valuables where you can set the combination. There will be one cleaning of the unit during your stay approximately mid week(check-in desk will advise as to the day of your cleaning during your stay) If you need more cleanings you can pay for them for a nominal charge at the front desk but I only provide one cleaning and change of linens one time during your week stay. the unit will have heat and also a humidifier for use during your stay. Check-in time is at 4 PM CST on the day of your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM on the last day of your stay. The resort is loaded with amenities which include a full service spa called Soothe Spa which is located 2 floors below your unit which can provide any massage, facial or other treatment desired by appointment(must be booked in advance). There is also an adult grotto downstairs from the unit which has a private adults only hot tub in a cool private setting, a steam room and a sauna in the same area. There is also an indoor hot tub and kiddie pool and an indoor-outdoor heated pool on level one in the same building as my unit. Additionally, there is an on-sit bar and restaurant called Sevens, named after Peak 7. In building one there is also a separate bar near the check in desk and a full service concierge desk and a small convenience mart to pick up some food stuffs and sundries during your stay. The resort has an outdoor pool with a slide available for the kids even in the winter and multiple outdoor hot tubs facing the slopes. There is also an outdoor fire pit slope side off of building one which is the building my unit sits in. The resort has a full ski locker where you can store your gear which can be locked off to hold your gear each day during your visit. the locker room has benches for changing and a restroom and water fountain and a tool bench for your use to adjust any of your gear. The resort has multiple indoor private movie theaters for use by our resort guests. The movie theater can be used once during your stay but must be reserved in advance. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has its own private shuttle for use by guests which is a courtesy shuttle to take you down the mountain and into town. You can also ride the gondola which is only steps away from the resort and ride it to town if you desire but the gondola is only open until sundown. The resort has indoor, underground heated parking for our guests and elevator access to the garages and luggage carts are available for use by guests to bring there items to their rooms. Elevators go to all guest room floors in the resort. The resort has an activities desk open all week for those who want something to do if they do not ski or snowboard or if they want something to do at other times. This is a good way to meet other families and kids. The resort has a reading room and the a computer available for guest use in that area. The resort has a fully equipped fitness room and a modern game room for use by your kids. Using the resort courtesy shuttle will allow you to truly park your car and let someone else do the driving while in town. As you can see this is truly a great place and the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has everything you would want to have the vacation of a lifetime.
