4 Masters/Walk to Town/Hot Tub/Great for Multi-Families/Read the Reviews!!!

Just as advertised! Perfect location.

We had great stay at Wapiti Lodge. We do rent houses trough VRBO quite often but until now we never stayed in a house this well stocked and prepared for tenets. House accommodated 4 families (11 guest) and it was more than enough space for everyone. Kate ( owner) was great with communication and pleasing all of our additional requests. Highly recommending renting this house to everyone, you will have a blast! If we stay next year in Breckenridge we are definitely staying at this house. Thank you Kate, Rich and Janet!

Beautiful home. Everything was well thought out. Really well stocked kitchen. Super close to beaver run. Very close to town and ski shuttles

The house is in an excellent location and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen is organized and contains anything you could ever need. The games and childrens toys were over the top You can tell every inch of this place was well thought out.

My wife and I planned and hosted a week-long summer vacation with our teenaged, adult, and 1 kids in Breckenridge. The house accommodated us perfectly. We were worried that cooking for 13 would be a challenge but we were pleasantly surprised with the variety and size of the kitchen and its contents. Upon hearing from us that the DVD player wasn’t working, the owners shipped a new one to our door by the following day. Such quick responsiveness was much appreciated!

Most of all, location is just perfect. We walked to Main Street every day. Everyone had their own room. House was perfectly equipped, clean and property manager was on top of everything.

We all had a great time. We had skiers and non skiers and everyone had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our large group of 17. The kitchen was a standout—high-quality equipment, and having two ovens and two refrigerators made cooking for a crowd a breeze. The house was comfortable, though it took a little time to warm up when we first arrived. The location was also great. We loved the hot tub and playing a game of pool in the game room after a fun day on the slopes. And the kids loved playing in the snow-- they built an igloo outside in the yard from a huge snow pile and had plenty of sleds to go around. The only downside was the bunk bed situation. We had planned to use both bunk rooms for the kids, but one of them (with a double on the bottom and single on top) wasn’t really functional as a bunk. The top bunk was so close to the ceiling that none of the kids (ages 8 to 11) were able to sit up without hitting their heads on the ceiling. We had to adjust our sleeping arrangements, splitting up the kids, but fortunately, there were other beds available in different rooms so everyone could sleep comfortably.Overall, this is a great rental with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable accommodations, and a great location. We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge! Just keep in mind the bunk bed limitations if you're planning for kids to use them- the two top bunks in the other bunk bed room (off the game room) were great! It's just room with the single bunk that to top bunk wasn't usable.

Many areas where groups could gather. Ample dining room so we could all eat at once. Very well appointed kitchen. Hot tub and wood burning fireplace were great addition. Strong recommendation!

Cannot say enough positive things about Karen and this property. Pictures are very accurate. I was worried there would not be enough space for our family of 16, and it was PERFECT! We had the BEST time!

Everything was great. We had a family of 14. We had room for everyone; the fact that there are two separate gathering spaces plus the game room allowed us to spread out during our downtime when not enjoying our outside activities in Breckenridge. The kitchen is incredibly stocked, and we were able to enjoy preparing breakfast and lunch together while enjoying the eating establishments on Main Street for dinner! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Breckenridge !

We could not have asked for a better house for the 16 of us ranging in age from 2 to 80! The home met all of our requirements- great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, perfect living areas, hot tub and garden! Walking to town was simple for shopping, eating and to ride the gondola to the top .

Our stay at this property was more than we could have asked for! The home had all the amenities and space that we needed to accommodate our family and with easy access to town. The owner and manager were a joy to work with, both in the reservation process and during our time in Breck.

Wapiti Lodge was the perfect location for our annual 3 generation family reunion. Katie was very proactive and apologetic about communicating an issue involving a prior guest that did not secure the garbage bins which had a minor impact on our gathering. Everything was well-maintained and the kitchen was better stocked than our own home! We utilized the entire lodge including hot tub, swing set, game room, etc. Everything as advertised! Since we were there during the Summer Olympics, we even invented our own event of 'cold water immersion' in the nearby Blue River. Thank you Katie for sharing the lodge with our family

Great house for larger group, many bedrooms, many living areas, kitchen well appointed for large groups. If we find ourselves back in Breckenridge, we would stay here again!

We stayed at Wapiti Lodge for 5 nights with 14 family members. It was wonderful. Plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. Playground for children. Hot tub, ping pong, pool. Plenty of living space bedrooms and bathrooms Could not have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!

We had a family gathering with 4 generations and really enjoyed the house and the property. It was quiet but close enough to town to enjoy both. We enjoy to cooking together and loved the large, very well equipped kitchen. The swing set was great for our toddler, and the hot tub was nice. The bedrooms were all comfortable and nicley appointed.
