We love this house and we think you will too!brbrThe space:brThe first queen bedroom is downstairs right next to a full bathroom (no stairs required). The other four bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a bathroom upstairs in the hallway next to the laundry room. The master suite has its own private bathroom with walk-in closet. As well as a TV. The upstairs queen bedroom also has its own TV as well. There are three TVs total in the house, including the 62 TV in the living room.brbrThe TVs in the house are all smart TVs so you'll be able to login to Netflix and your other streaming accounts.brbrIn the upstairs hallway cupboard is where you'll find your pool towels, extra blankets, and the air mattress plus all that you need for guests who will be using the air mattress (sheets, pillows, towels, etc). The air mattress comes with a built in air pump right inside the air mattress.brbrIn the garage is where you’ll find the newly remodeled game room. The driveway can hold about 5-6 cars if you use the side RV/boat gate for parking. So we fixed this baby up and made it a great little place for guests to stay. Country setting, yet only 4 minutes to town with shopping, Trader Joes, Starbucks, dining, coffee shops, Bethel Church, perfect stop enroute to Lassen, Burney Falls, Lake Shasta, and more. For vacation, traveling nurses, conferences, business travel or families, this is a great place for your time in Redding! This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room and kitchen for cooking simple meals. There are a few little quirks in the place, but we wanted to keep things simple and affordable for our guests. It still needs some updates but it is a great little house if you aren't too picky about everything being modern or brand new.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families for 30 night minimum stay.brbrThe main bedroom has a queen size bed and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 twin size bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. brbrThere is a 2nd studio apartment unit on the back of the property that is also available for rent should you need it for larger groups.
