Stayed Aug 6, 2024The house was very clean and everything on the property worked well. It is a central location for activities and it was also great to just hang out at the house and relax. The pool is also well maintained. I definitely recommend this house and we are definitely going to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024It was an anniversary trip to Redding. Livia’s home has great decor and looks like many family memories were made there. The outside is private and fabulous with a great pool. The home is large enough for 2 families to share. We mistakenly locked the front door out of habit and locked ourselves out of the home at 10 o’clock at night. Livia drove over and rescued us. She was sweet and professional. Her home is nice and comfortable. Easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. Very affordable. Will stay again!

Stayed Jun 4, 2024We came down to California from Washington for my youngest son's high-school graduation. The home was very welcoming, clean, and very spacious. I was able to have my grandbabies overnight and we all enjoyed the pool as well as the many amenities that are offered. I highly recommend this property and will definitely use this home again if available ?

Stayed May 24, 2024Comfortable beds! Air-conditioning worked great. Nice size backyard, patio & pool, however we were too busy with family events nearby that we didn't spend any time in the pool or backyard. The home was old but everything worked well. We'd stay again. Host was friendly and responsive.
