Stayed Nov 17, 2025Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. We are three guys who fish together a lot and we do a fall trip to the Redding area every year. This house will be our go to going forward. Comfortable spaces, good beds and a great kitchen. We really enjoyed sitting on the back covered patio every evening. Highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025We had a lovely stay at the Redding home. It was a perfect place to relax after a long hot day at the water park. Plenty of space for our group of 7 to sleep comfortably and make ourselves at home.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We had a wonderful week at this rental home! The house was spotless, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet, beautiful neighborhood was perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides.We loved relaxing on the back patio with a cup of coffee in the mornings and unwinding there after long days on the lake, enjoying the nicely landscaped yard. The location I'd great as it is just a short drive to the lake with plenty of space to park a boat or PWC.The host was friendly and responsive, checking in when we first arrived and always seemed to be available for any questions or concerns. My family and I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Redding or Shasta Lake area and would happily stay here again!

The place was spacious, the yard was gorgeous, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need!We were in town for a Celebration of Life and had additional family in town staying elsewhere but this was a perfect spot to gather and catch up.Quiet, comfortable, and gracious hosts, we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed Oct 18, 2024I stayed for a week, and overall, it was a positive experience. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and felt secure. However, I’d like to point out an issue regarding the accommodation described for 8 people. Although the listing mentioned a bedroom with two single beds, upon arrival, we found that it was actually an office attached to the living room. There was only one single bed, and the second was just a mattress to be placed on the floor, which caused some discomfort among us. In my opinion, the house is better suited for 6 adults and two children under the current conditions. With this minor adjustment to the listing, I believe future guests will have a more accurate expectation of their stay.

Stayed May 24, 2024Plenty of room for our 8 adult/1 infant group. We really appreciated that the kitchen had every pot/pan/utensil and spice we needed! Host was very responsive and helpful with the small issue we had during our stay. Covered patio was a great place for morning coffee.
