The host had great communication. House was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had the best accommodations we have seen in a VBRO.

House was huge with all amenities. Although since it was raining and was cold we didn't use the backyard, so can’t talk about it. But it was huge and beautiful. And the host was also very responsive.

The beds were comfortable. The house was spacious, even for 12 people. The pool was clean and so much fun for the kids. The hot tub was easy to operate and was perfect. The location was close to everything.

The backyard and pool area are definitely the star of the show. Nice big house,clean and comfy beds.

The house is in a good and somewhat quiet neighborhood so if one’s plan is to have fun all night in the pool, this might not be a good fit. My family enjoyed it and shut down every night at 10.

Great location close to Mt.Shasta, Lassen volcanic national Park & Burney falls.House has a game room with so many fun things for kids. Jacuzzi is pretty nearly setup by an amazing swimming pool.Kids had amazing fun at this place.While adults had a nice barbecue party.Define look forward to Another visit to this place.

Perfect place for my large family. Game room was a hit. Had everything we needed.

Really fun place to stay, great accommodations, lots of room, well-equipped kitchen, fun play room—something for everyone. Inlet sad it rained and we didn’t get full use of the outdoor space.

It was an overall great experience for our family. A really clean and updated home, with all the perks! I would recommend this home to anyone

IT was a very nice property. Lots of room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pool,hot tub and the game room. would definitely do it again for a family vacation.

The house is perfect for groups to stay in! Everything we needed was provided and the very thoughtfully set-up. The labels on switches and reminders posted were helpful as well. The yard and pool are the icing on the cake. Thank you for making this stay easy and carefree.

This rental has it all! It is clean, spacious and every amenity has been thought of and available for your comfort. The host is very responsive and lovely to work with. I appreciated all the detail towards expectations of the renter, but it wasn’t over the top. So simple and straightforward. I brought my daughter and 7 of her friends over for the Redding Water Park and this was a perfect place to stay the night. It has everything 8 teenage girls could ask for…a pool, hot tub, and game room!!! I loved our time here and the neighborhood could not have felt safer. I highly recommend this home rental!
