Stayed Jul 11, 2025Loved this house!!! Plenty of room for my family of 5 plus my younger sister. The game room is pretty sound proof which was awesome. We are from Coos Bay Oregon and have lots of family in the Redding area. As the heat is to much, we had family in and out enjoying the pool with us, my neices and nephews thoroughly enjoyed coming over each day, we stayed a week.We did have a little issue with refrigerator not getting cold enough for my granddaughters insulin and they tried really hard to get someone out which was not a huge deal.All in all, a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Very comfortable for a family or in our case a group of women. The kitchen is.well equipped and the air conditioning and pool were appreciated. When we had questions, the owners were responsive.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We had such a great stay. I can’t say enough about the overall experience. The house was comfortable, clean and a fun place to stay! There’s a great game room with lots of things to do. The POOL… it was clean, safe for my younger kids and deep enough (with a diving board) for the adults. Everything we could think of was right at our fingertips. Communication with the owner was amazing and he was right on top of answering any questions we had. We will not only stay here again, but have already recommended it to family.

Stayed Jul 14, 2023This was the perfect location to reconnect with friends from out of country. We had 4 kids with us and they spent the whole day and night playing inside and outside. Easy location to get to off I-5. The property is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a stay. The kids loved the pool and game room. The grown ups loved that there was plenty for the kids to do so we could just relax. Grocery store super close by. Although we didn’t go hiking or anything (it was too hot!) we did note that it was close by if we come back another time. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 5, 2023The property was exactly as listed and was perfect for our short stay to see the local national parks. It is hot this time of year and we were grateful the air conditioners were on when we arrived. The pool is amazing and was definitely used. I consider this property a hidden gem and would stay here again!

Stayed Sep 1, 2022The property was well maintained over all and Sanjay was very communicative. He responded immediately when we had a power issue and walked me through resetting the circuit breakers. Linens, towels, beds, pool, kitchen and accessories; everything was great! The only observation we had was that many of the inflatable pool toys had holes in them so were unable to be used. The incidentals were even thought of such as shampoo, TP and even laundry detergent. Very highly recommend! Thanks again Sanjay!

Stayed Jul 23, 2022We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and COOL! Which was great since it was 108 outside. We loved the pool!! Sanjay was a great host, and was very responsive. We would love to come back!
