Immaculate, beautiful duplex with AC, bikes and beach gear - steps to sand!

These beautiful units are literally just a few steps to the sand (only 1 house between us and the sand). We provide everything you'll need for your stay including all of the linens, fully equipped kitchen and we even provide a few of the basic pantry items you will need (salt & pepper, cooking oil, coffee pods, etc...). brbrThis property is a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs (totally separate entrances). There is also a sofa bed and daybed downstairs. So there are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. Between the upstairs and downstairs there are 8 beds total (this includes a daybed that is slightly smaller than a twin) plus a sofa bed which can sleep 1 adult or 2 kids.brbrBoth units have fireplaces, there are skylights upstairs, a balcony upstairs with a BBQ and peek a boo ocean view from each side.brbrThe two car garage comes in handy in summer and spring when parking can be difficult. We do have fairly good free street parking in front of the house too and a paid parking lot in walking distance that you can use overnight for free. There is a separate garage for bicycles and beach toys and washers/dryers. brbrWe also provide sand toys, beach chairs/towels, wagons, boogie boards, surf boards, bicycles with helmets and locks and more! brbrThe location can't be beat - just far enough from the craziness of the piers but, close enough to ride the provided bikes there in 10 minutes or less! Just a few minutes to the north is Huntington Beach with the brand new Pacific City shopping and restaurants. brbrPlease do not make a reservation if you are coming to party! It won't work out and you will lose your deposit and get kicked out. This is the upstairs unit of our completely renovated duplex (downstairs listed separately, you can rent one or both). The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area are comfortable and have lots of seating for eating (4 at the bar) and at least 6 at the table, plus seating on the patio.brbrWe have Air Conditioning (don't be fooled, you do need it in summer in Newport). We provide bicycles with bike locks and helmets. We have tons of beach gear (beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, wetsuits galore, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, pop up tents, etc..) brbrThe kitchen has just about everything you'd ever need to cook a great meal for the family and we even include some basics like cooking oil, salt & pepper, starter amount of coffee pods, etc...brbrThe bedrooms are adorned with modern and comfortable bedding that we own and launder onsite (not the gross rental linens that some places use), every room has a TV, every room has AC, every room has a ceiling fan. There are mirrored closets in most rooms and storage for your stuff in closets and dressers. brbrThe bathrooms come with basics (blow dryer, soaps, shampoos, towels, etc..). One bathroom has a tub/shower and the other has a shower.brbrThe patio on this upper unit is super comfortable with a full awning to keep you cool, it has a table with plenty of seating, places to hang your towels, an easy to use BBQ with propane tank (extra in garage in case you need it). Its a great place to spend the end of the day under the awning, enjoying the ocean breeze.brbrWasher and dryer for this unit is in the garage. Laundry soap provided.brbr37th Street is a locals favorite. It is quieter than most streets and has less traffic. The curbs are red on our side of the street so no one will be parking in front of your house loading and un-loading (it can be really annoying). We also have less car traffic as it is a one-way street. We are next to the alley on one side of the duplex so we it makes loading and unloading your stuff easier.brbrThe boardwalk starts on 36th street so we are just a few steps from the start of the boardwalk. It takes just a few minutes to get to the Newport Pier on 21st street. Or 2 miles if you want to go the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone.brbrJust a quick walk across the street is a little playground with jungle gym, swings and shady grass area for picnics. There is a also a full court basketball court.brbrTake a morning stroll with your coffee just past the park to Newport Island and look at all of the beautiful water front beach cottages.brbrParking in Newport can be difficult (mostly in summer and weekends) so you'll be happy to have a parking spot in the carport/garage (the garage door stays up during your stay - car will stick out into the set back so its' really more like a carport). 39th St Gorgeous Duplex - Steps to sand - Huge Garage -Air Conditioning, Bikes!

This recently remodeled duplex is gorgeous and comfortable! The property is only 7 houses to the sand so going back and forth from the beach to the house is really easy. You can see the ocean from the balcony upstairs and front of the house. This property is great for big families. There are two units (upstairs and a downstairs) with no internal doors between the units. The front doors are on the opposite side of the house. brbrUpstairs has 4 bedrooms all with king size beds, a great balcony with right side view of the ocean and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. brbrThe downstairs unit has 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second room has a queen bed. There is a full size sofa bed as well. The living room has bifold patio doors that open to the big patio. This is California living at it's best! brbrThe oversized garage houses the provided bikes and beach gear and can accommodate even some larger cars. We have plenty of chairs, beach towels, beach cruisers/bikes, boogie boards, surf board, wetsuits, wagon, and sand toys for you to use while at the house. There are washers and dryers for your use (free of charge) and we provide laundry soap. brbrBoth units have air conditioning which many rentals in Newport don't offer. brbrThis property is in a great location on 39th Street, close enough to walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The boardwalk starts on 36th street.
