Enjoy the beach in this large 2 story 4 bedroom 2 bath home on the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach! The house is walking distance to shops, restaurants and bike rentals! This home features two private decks, both up and downstairs and tile floors.
Our summer weekly rental runs from Friday to Friday. Check in time is 3PM and Checkout time is 10AM. Do not hesitate to ask if your arrival is different from Friday. We try our best to accommodate. We have 3 day minimum stay.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025GREAT location. Steps away from the beach and a very short walk to Newport pier. Tons of food and shops in walking distance. We loved sitting out on the patio and being able to see the beach!!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The location of the property was great with beach access steps away. The check-in was seamless, and a dedicated parking spot was provided. The bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for our two teenagers. Restaurants, shopping, markets were all within walking distance. Great stay!

Stayed Aug 25, 2022We loved our stay at this charming beach house! Great size and plenty of room, the master bedroom is huge! The location is perfect - the beach, pier, restaurants and bars are all within a 10 minute walk! We had friends over for the day and the patio was perfect to barbecue and hang out! They even had beach chairs & boogie boards on site for us to use. Check-in process was a breeze, and Ave communicated right away. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 27, 2022Great location! Everything was very good, except.... No A/C upstairs. Windows had to be open all night, which made it a bit noisy for sleeping. Construction on next door house started about 8:00 a.m. Other than that, I would rate a solid A.
