This beautiful duplex has been completely renovated from floor to ceiling. Each unit has totally separate entrances (upstairs and downstairs unit). Both units have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so you will have 6 bedrooms in all. There are (5) beds upstairs and (4) beds downstairs (see photos for breakdowns). You have 2 full kitchens and 2 full living rooms so lots of space for big families or families that want to be close but still have some separation.brbrThe kitchens are both fully functional with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family after a fun day at the beach. We even provide some basic pantry items (salt & pepper, cooking oil, starter amount of coffee pods, etc...)brbrBoth living rooms/ dining rooms open to the kitchens for an open concept. The upstairs living room has the most room for meal gatherings with a larger outdoor dining area and larger interior dining table.brbrThere is a 2 car garage/carport for you to park in (this is especially important in summer and weekends when parking is difficult). brbrThere are (2) sets of washers/dryers free for you to use. We even provide laundry soap. brbrThere is a ton of beach gear including boogie boards, surf boards, wetsuits, fins, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and more. We also provide beach cruisers with helmets and locks. brbrBoth patios have propane bbq's.brbrThe property is just steps to the beach (no beach view from inside the house but if you step outside you can see the sand and the ocean). This is a great location just steps to the boardwalk (starts on 36th street), close to everything by bike or walking but not too close to the chaos of the pier.
