Entire Boardwalk Home on the Beach in Newport Beach with Beautiful Views

This was one of the best properties I’ve rented on the boardwalk. Amazing location, layout and amenities. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. Cannot wait to stay here again.

Three blocks away from the beach front restaurants, it’s truly ideal. There are bikes (they aren’t great for long rides) but we did explore to The Wedge and back. Beach chairs to relax at the water. He sent me a message to welcome us, ask questions, and when we ran low on coffee and paper towels at the end of our trip, it was no problem. They arrived a few hours later. The master room was terrific to wake up to the ocean with remote to lift the blinds at a touch of a button. Kitchen had a nice variety of spices, teas, coffees and more. This was a delightful surprise as many places do not have anything. He had a first aid kit which I appreciated for a band-aid. We have rented on the beach multiple times and this has been our favorite so far. Great for the family for everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. That was a huge perk!Thank you!

From all perspectives, this was a great place to stay. From the walking distance to activities, to friendliness of the property owners/mangers we had a wonderful time. The house was exactly like the pictures you see on the web-site and accommodated a group of nine people very comfortably. I would recommend this property to anyone who would enjoy a special family outing.

I can’t say enough about this home! First off, Joey was awesome to deal with. He answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly, and he was so pleasant to work with! The whole rental and check in process was seamless. The home itself is absolutely perfect! Plenty of space (we slept 10 adults comfortably (all 55 and older). All the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were spacious and even when we had several friends over for dinner (18 people total for dinner) it never felt tight (a whole wall of foldable doors opens to the beach). It was super clean and stocked. The location was excellent and walking distance to whatever you want. We will be here next year! Thank you, Joey!

LOCATION!! OPEN AIR LIVING!! BEACH ACCESS!! Such a wonderful place to stay! The Hosts were excellent The amenities are excellent Cleanliness was good. Could use a deep clean of walls and baseboards but overall this was an amazing place to stay!

Absolutely beautiful property! The house was clean and had lots of amenities such as pantry supplies, bikes in the garage, etc. Additionally the best host I have ever worked with, and I book these quite often for my work associates. He was available via text and was very accommodating and helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic house with a great location close to the pier

All eight of us had a great time and really enjoyed the property. It’s close enough to the pier without the noise associated with the crowds. Also very close to groceries and dining. The view from the master bedroom is stunning and we really enjoyed the sunsets in comfort and style. We plan to return again soon.

Fabulous rental! We loved the house and location!

My family and I stayed at this home for 3 nights and we definitely would have wanted to stay longer. The house is in a perfect location exactly where we wanted to be. The home is exactly as described and Joey was extremely quick to respond to any of our needs. We liked it so much that we have already booked a stay next summer.

The location is fantastic, close enough to get to places by walking, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. And beach front… you can’t beat that!

Great home with a perfect location

The house was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed and more. We had the best time just sitting in the family room with all the doors opened up and enjoyed the ocean view. The location couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be back at this house for another beach vacation!

What a perfect house for our family's trip to Newport Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. We walked up and down the board walk and had some fabulous sunsets on the beach. Joey met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. We had a couple of questions during our stay and he replied promptly everytime.

We have stayed in vacation rentals around the world, this is by far our favorite! Loved the location, layout of home, they had everything we could have wanted/needed, beach chairs, towels, kitchen was set up with all we could want. Communication with Joey was easy, quick responses and so helpful with check in and out! Highly recommend booking this home! We will be back!!!! It’s even more beautiful in person!

Excellent communication!

Our first trip to Newport did not disappoint. This boardwalk/beachfront property was exactly as described. High-end amenities and furnishings with spectacular views and easy beach access makes this property ideal for families. Living room and master room fireplaces made the home cozy on rainy days. Beach cruisers available to ride the boardwalk were super fun. Garage with access to washer and dryer was great! Location was perfect with easy short walks to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely come back! Joey was super friendly and helpful!

My family and I had a great experience we loved the location and easy access to the restaurants, shops and coffee shop. The best was being only steps away from the beach. Once we got there we had no need to drive. Everything is within walking distance. We are definitely coming back.

We stayed here for my husbands 60 birthday party. 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom. We had a fantastic time. So many VRBO's don't stock coffee or supplies and they had coffee for all of us. Joey was the BEST communicator. The windows facing the ocean actually open and we spent so much time sitting on the patio with the doors open enjoying the ocean air. So much is within walking distance. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water for 8 people! The only issue (wasn't really an issue)... one couple wanted wash cloths and they didn't have any in their bathroom. We would come back here anytime....again and again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The host was so friendly. We drove by a few hours before check in and he let us drop off all of our stuff in the garage until they were done cleaning. The house has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay here again with our family!!
