Sleeps 5....or 8br brThis vacation home is located in one of the best areas of Newport beach.  The downstairs unit, or Captain's Quarter's, is a 2bed/1bath pirate themed home.  The downstairs unit  was once featured on HGTV as the pirate house of Newport Beach!  Although the unit has been toned down a bit since its TV days…..once a pirate, always a pirate! There is a queen bed in the master bedroom with room for a pack-n-play.  The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Living room has a 65” smart TV. Second bedroom has 32” TV with DVD player. brbrThe upstairs unit, First Mates Quarters, is accessible by an outdoor staircase and is a 1bed/1bath. The unit has its own kitchen and living space. This allows for a bit a privacy between guests. The bedroom has a queen bed with room for a pack-n-play.  Living room couch folds out to a full bed. Living room has 40”  Smart TV.br brThere is a gas BBQ and outdoor seating, outdoor shower with hot water, beach cart and sand toys.
