On the first level, the open-concept living space features a large sofa with additional seating arranged around the TV, along with barstool seating for four at the kitchen island. Accordion sliding doors open to the expansive front patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. Upstairs, a second living area provides a cozy retreat with a large sofa, TV, and a small workspace.

Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are located on the ground floor, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: Two designated parking spaces in the garage (small to mid-size vehicles only). Note: The owner of this home stores personal items in the garage that are not to be accessed or used by guests.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
