Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- All three fireplaces are gas-operated; wood burning is not permitted.
- This home does not have A/C.
- The onsite spa is currently unavailable for use as it is undergoing repairs.
- The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.

Parking Details:
- Garage parking is available for two vehicles.
- No parking on the west side of G Street on Mondays, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (street cleaning).

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    We had an amazing stay at Oceanfront view. The house was gorgeous with lots of liveable space. We loved the view from the 2nd floor balcony. Location was great and easy to walk places for food. It was nice to escape the hustle bustle of Orange County and relax on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived before sunset & we were able to watch it off the back balcony. The master balcony off the front of the home has an Oceanview. This was a family vacation with a toddler as well & while we had breakfast she was able to play & build sandcastles footsteps away from us. This house is located in a superb spot due to the convenience of walking out the backdoor straight onto the beach. Its just a few extra steps to the ocean for that morning stroll or to run into the waves. I would however suggest sand shoes, there are a few stickers bushes right past the grassy area. We took our bikes, never took the car out for 8 days, WELL UNTIL THAT DAY @ Disney which took us only 35mins to arrive at Micky world. We thoroughly enjoyed jumping on our bikes to ride to dinner, the local mart for a few things & don't forget to head over to Balboa Island for one of there famous frozen banana delights @ Sugar & Spice! ROYAL HEN has a great dinner menu, have patience they are on there own minute. Traveling to all locations can even be done on your bike or walking. The local liquor store houses grocery items you may need during your stay. For that sweet treat try Cowafonia & they have bomb java too. The MAJOR difference between this property & MOST is the privacy & quiteness of the location. Not on the boardwalk & only locals stroll & walk pets behind the property. SO if your vacation calls for peace & quiet... you have FOUND the spot for u! ENJOY IT as we did!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location: safe, no walkway in front, quiet, walking distance to Fun Zone, beach in front of house:ocean gets deep fast and waves are very strong and high-so it's not ideal, dare to say: dangerous for little kids.Property's general condition: very tired interior, afternoon sun is blinding and all windows facing the beach are in dire need of window tinting/film. Master bedroom mattress is super soft.Views are beautiful.Cleanliness: we were greeted by three full trash cans in the garage that have been stewing in 100+ temperature for who knows how long. You can imagine the smell... The house was cleaned superficially. Dirty dishes were among clean ones in the kitchen, same goes for utensils. Downstairs fireplace so dirty-probably has not been cleaned for years- judging from the thick coat of dust.The house needs to be deep cleaned and scrubbed from top to bottom. Cleaning fee (Housekeeping Fee) charged up front is $450, for that much money the house should be spotless.We had several minor maintenance issues and the management company was very attentive and helpful. Check-in and check out was easy. Customer service/management company was very professional. Will definitely rent again through Burr White but not this property.
