Grab your boogie boards and head out the door to the beach. The first level is home to three bedrooms, a screened porch, and two decks. There is a private hot tub available on the ground level.brbrUpstairs you will find a spacious, open-concept living area that includes the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The living room is filled with wonderful custom furniture and accessories. Two blue sofas and a chair are available for lounging. The full kitchen has all the small and major appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare nightly meals. It features four bedrooms upstairs, a small bathroom with a shower, and an extra half bath. The huge dining table has room for meals as well as puzzles and board games. The washer are dryer are located in the garage on the ground floor. There is NO interior connection from the upper to lower level of the property. The laundry area is accessed by a set of exterior stairs. brbrNOTE: The house previously had a bedroom and bathroom available on the ground floor which is no longer accessible. Some reviews refer to this previously accessible area. brbrThe house is conveniently located just one mile south of the bridge and town center. This is a relatively quiet stretch of beach, away from public beach accesses and busy rental houses.
