BRAND NEW SURF CITY BEACH BLOCK DREAM VACATION

We were looking for a space for extended family to have a holiday gathering. Jim’s place had everything we needed for our usual focus on prepping and eating food together, gift swapping, playing games, watching sportsball, getting a workout, or taking an occasional break for personal needs. We also loved long walks on beach - just a block away.The house was very clean and well appointed. Jim and his team were very accessible and responsive to our questions.

What an incredible house! Our family has used VRBO for years, and this is hands down the best property we’ve ever rented—so much so that it inspired us to write our very first review.Nothing in this home was done halfway. The owners truly thought of everything: multiple washers and dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, TVs, common areas, and more. The kitchen was outstanding, and the large dining area made family meals a joy. Our family chefs had zero complaints! The elevator was a total game changer, making it easy for older family members to get between floors and simplifying luggage transport. The various living spaces were spacious enough for everyone to gather comfortably but also perfect for smaller groups to relax together.The location was unbeatable—restaurants right across the street and the beach just a one-minute walk away.But the best part of all was the owner. He responded instantly to any question and genuinely cared about ensuring we had everything we needed.This home is worth every penny for large families, and we would happily stay here again in the future.

5/5 — A Perfect Stay for My Retirement Celebration!The vacation home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and tastefully decorated. I hosted my retirement family celebration here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house has many spacious en suite bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed and elegant décor — everyone had their own private retreat!All three levels of the home are thoughtfully designed and very accommodating. The owner, Jim, was extremely responsive from day one — kind, helpful, and full of great suggestions that made my celebration truly special. We especially loved the heated pool and spa, which we enjoyed every day, along with all of the wonderful outdoor amenities.A special thank you to Hannah and Vince as well for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and welcoming place to create lasting memories.Theresa Bugg
