Waterfront duplex with private outdoor pool, enclosed yard, gazebo, sound views

Great property overall! Would be nice to have a tv in each bedroom. Cleaning staff should pay a but more attention to the little things. We had one of our best trips. Very spacious. Good privacy. Garbage disposal didn't work or the switch was hidden. Would stay here again!

We loved it. Room for everyone. Pool was great! Dock for fishing an added bonus. Bathroom for each bedroom worked out perfectly.

Location is great, beautiful sunsets over the bridge on the back deck, easy walk to the beach and to most of the restaurants and bars. House itself is just fine, but the upstairs bedroom oddly doesn't have a shower, just a tub, and the bunk beds are likely the cheapest and most uncomfortable mattresses ever made as they have wood slats inside the mattresses that are impossible to sleep on.

Overall, the space was perfect for what we were looking for and very convenient to restaurants and the beach. Everything was as described with the exception of the kids bedroom. It was advertised as twin bunkbeds and double bunkbeds, so accommodating 6 kiddos, but it was just 2 twins. Those bunk beds were NOT comfortable at all either. You could feel the slats through the mattresses, with the exception of 1. The entrance that led into the unit from the back stairs went right to/through the 2nd floor master bedroom. This room has a sliding glass door with a simple sheer curtain, not offering much privacy (or darkness for sleeping), so if you like it dark, you may want to bring something to cover that better. We loved the view from the screened in porch... absolutely breathtaking sunsets over the sound! The beach was a short 5 min walk and there was a free public lot right around the corner that allowed us to get gear just a little closer, but it was still walkable. No dishwasher or laundry detergent was available in the unit (that we found). We handwashed most dishes and had to buy some pods for dishwasher. Plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware available. There was even some leftover spices available for use when cooking. Check in and out was super easy and done via phone/email. Communication with property manager was easy and generally fast with responses.

Great house but. I specifically rented this property for the private pool. When we arrive the water is so green you cant even see the bottom. Very disappointed and wish I had recourse to get a partial refund.

The elevator makes bringing your things in a breeze so you don’t have to climb the stairs.

We’re not clean freaks but the house has only been tidied not cleaned. Lazy, not good enough when accommodation costs include the sizeable cleaning fee. Beds & floors were fine but god knows when it was last dusted, AC filters & fans covered in dust, bedside tables & drawers were filled with dust & hair and hair all over the bathrooms, on shower glass and in drains. Surfaces not well wiped, kitchen drawers with food spillage, blocked sinks & shower drains. The management company said they would arrange a re-cleaning, which never showed up & they never called to advise they could not get one. The pool was filthy, it didn’t look as though it had been swimmable for some time, algae around the lining. This is really disappointing as we picked the place because of the pool (with a pristine pool main pic) which was advertised as being available into Oct. The unusable state should’ve been communicated well before our arrival. To add insult to injury the pool repairman arrived on our departure day. I feel so let down, ripped off. We’ve never had so many problems mount up on rental accommodation. I will be seeking recompense with the management company via arbitration or small claims, we paid a significant amount of money for the stay & the property was not serviced or cleaned as advertised nor sufficient attempts made to rectify complaints. This is a good house in an outstanding location but management company ruining it through sloppy cleaning & poor communication.

Dont waste your time or money, the pool was green, the wifi kept cutting off, we had to leave and its been almost a week and no one has contacted me about a refund or anything ???
