Stayed Sep 19, 2025Great location, beautiful view, right on the beach! Four of the five bedrooms are oceanfront. This house has been well maintained. The common rooms are plenty spacious for a big group.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024We all loved the location and the house. The views from the top deck were awesome, full moon coming up was great. We loved that the ocean was so close that it was easy to go out to ocean without a lot of sand walking. We found lots of shark's teeth in the tide. We all enjoyed our annual, fall beach week on Topsail Island.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024My family and I stayed here for a week long beach vacation, and I was so impressed with how nice the house was. It was right on the beach, it was very clean, it was close to all the restaurants and stores on the island. The beds were also very comfortable, and the 3 1/2 bathrooms were great to have. Plenty of space for everyone! We will definitely be considering this house again for our next stay. The owners called us to make sure we had everything we needed and were extremely nice. We did not require assistance with anything, but I knew if we did they were just a phone call away. I absolutely recommend this place for your beach vacation!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pelicans Porch was great place to stay, very clean and spacious with all the amenities that you need for a fun filled week at the beach. In a great location close to everything. Even got to meet the owners when checking in, shows how much love they put into the place and making sure families can make those lasting beach memories.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024My husband and I brought are 5 “children” ages 15-20 and they each were allowed to bring a friend! What a perfect week! The house was wonderful, clean, spacious inside and out. The beach location was ideal not to close to the action that the beach was crowded but close enough…we will be coming back!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We loved this home. We stayed here for a vacation with our extended family and had a great time. Had 7 adults and 3 kids and we all fit comfortably. The house is in a great location. Right on the beach and not overcrowded at all. And also easy drive to groceries and restaurants. House was very nice and clean. The double decks were great. We had an amazing time and would recommend to others.
