All of the rooms are on one floor for convenience and safety if you're worried about stairs. ShoreBreak has a pleasant screened porch that faces the ocean with an outside living and dining area, perfect for rainy days or a place to cool off from the sun. The back deck is a terrific place to look out over the new backyard pool. Our backyard is equipped with a wonderful 5 ft deep pool with a huge tanning ledge, a gas grill, picnic table and lounge chairs. brbrWhat about the beach It's across the street! There's a well-built public access across the street. There is no public parking at Access 25 so you don't have to worry about crowds of people. You'll just see your neighbors nearby, which makes it a great place to have plenty of room on the beach with all of your family and friends. brbrShoreBreak is located about 1 mile south of Surf City Pier, the general area of shops, restaurants, parks, and other activites. It's very convenient. This area is a great place to walk, run, bike and look for adventure.
