Perfect Beach Rental with private heated pool and close beach access.

We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed walking up and down and keeping an eye out for sea turtle hatchlings. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of puzzles and games the kids enjoyed. We especially enjoyed playing checkers on the screened in porch. The outdoor spaces were great. Not waterfront, but you could get little views of both the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch at night and listening to the ocean. It was also a super quick and easy drive into town for restaurants and shops. Convenient to both south and north topsail as well. The owner was also lovely and quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great stay!

Fantastic location! Everything we needed was available at the house, minus a single trip to the grocery store. Plenty of dishes, kitchen appliances, all of the necessities you need on vacation but forget to pack or decide you'll purchase there...Trudy and Mark are 10 steps ahead of you and have it there when you arrive! The beach access is just across the street, private pool in backyard. We are already planning our next trip to ShoreBreak!

This was the perfect Beach rental for our family. We loved all the amenities included with the house. The beds were really comfortable. Our kids took advantage of the pool every day we were there. Beach access was really close to the house. We were able to bike to the heart of surf city. The screened in porch was also really nice. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful time in Surf City! The house was clean, ready for us, and instructions were clear. They had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay, including a wagon to transport 'beach-things' to the beach, beach chairs, floaties... The pool was a perfect add to our beach stay. We really couldn't ask for more. We'll be back!

We had the absolutely best time at our beach house. The house was spotless and the pool was such a fun time. It literally is right across the street from the beach. Trudy and Mark have dine a superb job. I cannot say enough great things. We will be back.

Loved the beaches and how relatively empty they were for a holiday weekend. House was perfect for our all adult fam of 7 (3 kids, 2 married). The pool was great and the outdoor spaces were some of our favorites. Would love to visit again!

We had an amazing vacation this week. This home is perfect - there were 9 of us in total with a range of ages (kids aged 4 - 14). We were all able to stay and sleep here comfortably. The house was spotless and it had everything! And I mean everything! Laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and all the kitchen necessities you needed to cook at home. The bed were very comfortable. The owners were responsive and kind. We would highly recommended this place to stay and honestly cannot wait to go back. The area was beautiful- beaches were amazing and plenty of places to eat and entertain you.

The house was in a great location - across the street from beach access, with a heated pool for when you’re not in the mood for salt and sand. There are lots of great food options nearby for cooking or eating out. We had a great time!

Our annual family vacation has traditionally taken place at one of Mark and Trudy’s beach homes. Over the years we have built traditions and made memories in Surf City and their homes. We recommend anyone who wants a small home for their family, with close beach access, a pool and a personal touch from Mark and Trudy.

We had an awesome time on our annual family getaway. Our group consisted of adults and young children. This was our first time staying here, but hopefully not our last. The house is exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Super convenient to the public beach access & private pool- what else do you need?! The pool/beach/outdoor toys were a fun bonus that the whole family enjoyed. It was so convenient to have extra chairs, floats, etc. The home owner had great communication and gave very clear instructions. I highly recommend staying here.

This place is very well appointed. Owners are easily obtainable but not overbearing. Loved the one floor plan and layout. The place would seem small based on the square footage but it totally worked for 8 adults and 2 children. Pool outside is awesome. Lots of equipment to be used. How well this is equipped made it easy for us since we had 2 couples flying in. Made it a lot less to pack.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was better stocked than any other property we've stayed at over the years. There were so many things for the outdoors: bikes, tons of boogie boards, rafts for the pool, beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was especially nice that there was enough paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen soaps to last the week so that we didn't have to worry about it. The pool was very refreshing and there was plenty of seating. It was so nice being so close to the beach. We appreciate how clean the entire house was. The owners have thought of everything! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
