Oceanfront, with a deep lot and plenty of parking, this home is located on one of the most popular streets in Surf City. South Shore Drive is conveniently located to everything and is a low mileage street (25 mph) perfect for taking a quick walk or bike ride to the pier, restaurants or the Surf City Ocean Pier (.05 mile) IGA for groceries. This dog-friendly property allows one dog max for an additional non-refundable fee of $300.brbrOn the inside you will find everything is fresh and new. With contemporary coastal decor, soothing colors, and comfortable seating and beds. Bed linens, bath linens and kitchen towels are provided by a professional linen company, leaving no question that they are clean and sanitary. There is no need to bring these things from home.
