The kitchen boasts a side by side refrigerator, induction range, additional dual built in ovens, microwave and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 12. The main floor also has two queen bedroom suites with full private bathroom. There is also a common half bathroom on this level.brbrThe mid-level has two king bedrooms with full bathrooms, and two kids rooms, each with a two twin beds, one of which is a trundle bed. Each of the kids bedrooms has a full bathroom, with one of the bathrooms accessible from the hallway.brbrbrThere are large decks with beautiful ocean views on each of the top two levels. An outdoor shower is available on the lower level along with a gas grill.brbrThe split garage can hold four vehicles, two on each side.brbrThe Ocean Ridge community pool is located 0.3 miles from the house, about a five-minute walk along the beach.brbrOur turnover day is Saturday. The morning sun warms us up.brbrMy husband decides he wants to go for a ride on his bike. He heads south on the bike shoulder lane waving at the friendly islanders driving in the early morning. After a good run to the southern part of the island, he gets off at the point to smell the jasmine and salt air.brbrAs he heads back, he stops at Seas the Day, a beach house owned by a friend of ours in Surf City. We have friends staying there who have come to Topsail Island the same week as us. After he greets them and visits for a while, he invites them to the barbecue we are planning that night.brbrWhile he is riding on his bike, I decide I will take a quick dip and swim a little. The water is chilly at first, but then the Caribbean kissed waters seem to warm up. After a workout, I climb back on the beach and then to take a shower. I decide that I will lay in the sun later.
