As such, we care for it as our home and only rent it out 2 weeks per year and once those 2 weeks have been rented, we do not rent it anymore for that year. This North Topsail Beach condo, St. Regis #2408, boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, the primary bedroom actually has a Cal-King bed (not a king bed, but VRBO does not have that option to list) and a queen bed in each of the other 2 rooms. Every room has an ocean view. The property also features 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers, as well as a cozy living room with a sofa bed. We were not happy having a management company rent our unit, so this is our first year taking over, which is why there are no reviews. However, we do have two dozen five star reviews for our Harborside Atlantis property (VRBO #440419).
