Coastal home with short walk to the beach, community pool

It was dirty and run down. Was a bit surprised as the pictures made it look much nicer than it was. Washer was also broken and when attempting to call in the support number its an offshore team that was useless to assist with anything.

The house is at a great location. It’s right across the street from the pool and a short walk to the beach. The house had bikes, beach toys, and other beach gear that made everything very convenient. The house was the picture size for our family of four and our dog. The pool was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and family friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Immediately surprised at the location of the condo. From the pictures, I thought this condo was on the sound side, but it was not. Minimal views. With that said, it was a nice, clean, pretty decorated place, and not a far walk at all for me and my pup to the beach! There were stairs inside the garage to upstairs that made it convenient to take her to potty. One note, you couldn't lock the garage from the outside. When I needed to contact vacasa, they were real quick to respond. Safe little community! anyvissues

Overall the stay was good. We had some hick ups with the tvs and WiFi. There were also roaches in the bathrooms. Going to the pool we had to jump the fence because we weren’t told you needed a key. We were provided with a code that didn’t work. But other than those mishaps things were fine

The townhouse was super cute. Had everything we needed. We had to call Vacasa on the 2nd day because the garage outside was full and they were super responsive. Would highly recommend.

Home was beautiful and so close to the beach! It made things so convenient with my 3 year old grandson. The only things I have a complaint about is the upstairs bathroom. The sink did not work and the tub/shower did not drain properly. The water would fill halfway up your shins while taking a shower. Then take forever to drain out. And the keypads were finicky. It would take a few times to get in anytime we went out somewhere. But all in all it was a very nice condo. It was our grandson’s first time at the ocean and we had an amazing time.

Walk to the beach was short and easy. The beach road (closest to beach) was a great place to walk the dog - especially when the wind was strong. The unit had everything we needed and some things we didn't. We didn't use the pool or the bikes or the darts but I can see how all that would be wonderful for a family with kids/teens. Lots of privacy the way the units are angled. The a/c was very efficient and quiet. The appliances were all new and worked great! Thank you so much for a wonderful relaxing vacation!
