The host was instantly responsive to all of our inquiries; he gave us a warm welcome and thorough walk thru of the property. The house was immaculate, tastefully decorated and fully equipped beyond our expectations.

Beautiful house, nice beach, well equipped kitchen. My family noted minor things like clogged shower heads, lights out, too few bedroom trash cans, more table space needed.

Fine excep AC was out in two bedrooms on third floor level when we arrived. I feel that should have been checked before we arrived and remedied. It was fixed on Friday the day before we left. That’s why no 5 are rating.

For your next beach vacation you can't do better than this amazing house. The house manager, Tom, is very easy to work with. The location is perfect on a vey nice, uncrowded section of beach. The house comes equipped with everything you need including beach chairs and towels. About all you need to bring is clothes and food. House is well maintained. One very nice feature is the outdoor bathroom in the pool area. I recommend this property for a family beach vacation.

Nearly prefect in every way

It’s the perfect place for our large three generation family. The large well-equipped kitchen works so well with several cooks and teenagers eating non-stop.weather was lovely too.

An amazing beach vacation! We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this is the best one ever. Plenty of space, and a great beach for the family to gather. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and immaculate, with no details lacking. I wish we could give more than 5 stars—-rarely do the other glowing recommendations match the experience. This house was beautiful, beautifully furnished, beautifully maintained, had a fantastic kitchen. Access to the beach, where we spent the majority of our time, was great. A wonderful experience overall!

This trip was planned as an opportunity for 17 of us to take our first post pandemic family trip. And what an amazing week it was! The house far exceeded our expectations. Tom was so helpful and kept in touch the entire week.

We booked this home for a family vacation and we were beyond pleased. Tom was wonderful to work with and was very prompt when we reached out to him. This home had everything and then some. The kitchen was stocked with top of the line items and any pot or pan needed to cook a meal. The beach felt like it was our private beach and the closet of beach items provided was great. This house exceeded our expectations and made our vacation very relaxing.

This home checked all of the boxes! The location on the beach was perfect, the layout was great for a multi-generational group and the house was perfectly appointed. Tom (the property manager) was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Our family includes a paraplegic, so having an accessible home was critical. Accessible has a lot of meanings; in this case, his wheelchair could fit through the bathroom door (which it did not in a previous vacation home), and the bathroom sink was a good height for a wheelchair user. The shower, unfortunately, did not work for him because he uses a shower chair that would not fit through the shower door. So he had to take the elevator down to the outdoor shower. All that said, it's a WONDERFUL house, with great views, lots of space, comfortable beds, and (for those of us who can walk) good beach access. It's VERY well stocked. We enjoyed staying here so much that we have already booked our trip for next year, when we know we won't have to bring as many items because they are provided (beach chairs and towels, soap and paper products, kitchen appliances, etc). Finally, I want to point out that the property manager, Tom, is excellent. He's very friendly, helpful, and responsive.
