2nd-floor beachfront condo with ocean views, pool, sauna, tennis, balcony, & AC

Not clean.

We loved how close to the beach this was and the quietness of the area

The condo was perfect for our family and I loved there were two rooms with king/queen beds! The view of the beach from both bedrooms and access to the balcony from both bedrooms is why I would definitely rent this unit again. Host was amazing as well and answered all my questions quickly!

The condo was very nice and clean. Here are some suggestions:1) It would be helpful to have a book on how to work the T.V's. I could not change the volume on the living room TV.2) It would be helpful to tell people what to do with the left over food in the fridge when you leave.3) It would be nice to have Rules for the stay.Thank you.

We had a great time. The home was perfect for a family and friends, extremely convenient clean and we would definitely book again in the future.

Had Great views

We truly had a great time at this lovely beachfront condo. However, some attention is needed. Pros: Breathtaking View Beautifully Furnished Well Equipped Kitchen Cons: Horrible Wifi Connection Only the Apps on the Living Room TV connects Door Lock needs to be updated. Regardless, of the cons, I would visit again.

So, we had a great time. Spent two nights at this location. I read a lot of previous complaints about the AC not working. It worked ok for us… I would say be sure and close the blinds during the day as the condo gets a lot of natural (especially afternoon/evening) light. There were a few “maintenance “ sort of things that could be tended to. Nothing major - a blind missing a piece, a closet door needed repaired, the dryer was dented and you had to shut it hard to close it, tv in bedroom didn’t work right) My only actual complaint was that the fridge had a very strong fish smell. ( likely from a recent guest nothing a little baking soda wouldn’t fix) I would be cautious of renting if you are a particular person that wants a pristine accommodation, but for the price I liked the condo really well and wouldn’t have a problem spending a week here. The overall property and amenities were cool too. I don’t know when it was built but the building seems to have some age but overall I was very happy with our stay. PS Loved the pirate bar and grill downstairs… drinks to go.

There were a few minor dings around the house, but that's expected in a rental home. The furniture was comfy, had all the kitchen necessities and start up toiletries were provided. This condo is in a great location for the beach, pool or touring the area.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Location is lovely and quiet, although there aren’t many restaurants nearby. Beach access is wonderful. Pool was very crowded when we were there on a Sunday afternoon in June.
