Oceanfront home with private beach access, hot tub, central AC, & W/D - dogs ok

Amazing location. House was outdated and needs some upgrades (bare minimum kitchen cookware, fridge leaks, dryer takes forever) but the gorgeous view of the ocean from every single room makes it hard to complain. Hot tub was great for the colder nights!!

We really enjoyed the house it was nice updated and clean. Had a really nice time with family. Beach access and hot tub were well maintained. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful quiet beach, very nice home

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were made when we got there which was very nice after a long day of driving. We especially appreciated that the house was dog friendly.

Worst experience- would not recommend!! We were without air conditioning for the entire week- we only notified it wasn’t working 30 minutes before arrival. Temps well over 100 degrees all week without proper resolution provided. Not once did anyone call us directly with updates on resolution. We had 5 kids under 7 in the house. It was horrible. The dishwasher broke mid week and dishes had to be hand washed for the remainder of the week. To top it all off, the house was ridden with cockroaches. We have asked multiple times for a phone number to discuss our disappointment in the property and no one will provide it to us! Do not ever rent this place!

We had a great time at this house. There was plenty of space for our group. It’s hard to find a rental that will allow you to bring a large dog. The house was clean and smelled nice on arrival. There have been some upgrades to furniture and bathrooms, it seemed. The house is well-appointed. We cooked meals with ease and had plenty of pillows and linens. This area of beach is quiet and so beautiful. We will be back!

Best vacation ever!! Amazing house on the beach

The house was clean and furnished nicely. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with many utensils, cookware and beverage glasses. The location in the beach was peaceful and relaxing. The only downside was getting groceries up 2 flights of stairs.

This was such an amazing property to stay at. It looked just like pictures, and the view of the ocean is absolutely perfect! The hot tub has decent jets, there's lots of space, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. All in all, we had a fantastic time!

The location of this property is great, right on the beach with private access. We saw beautiful sunrises, dolphins and there are lots of shells to search through. There are a handful of improvements that need to be made though. The cleanliness was mediocre. The shower still had soap scum on the shelves and hair on the shower walls. There are a tons of flies and it smells strongly of mold and moth balls. We tried to use some of the beach equipment in the storage closet but every single of of the beach chairs were rusted and half fallen apart. Also there are some porch lights that need to be changed, it gets extremely dark at night. We tried to make breakfast one morning and couldn’t find a can opener. There’s a ton of kitchen tools but a lot of them are just junk that needs to be gone through. If these changes were made, I would consider staying here again.

We were very pleased with the location of the beach house. The beach was great and quick access to town.

The place was great. Comfy beds, mostly clean, wonderful decks, great hottub, steps from the beach. Enjoyed dinners out at nearby restaurants/treats/entertainment: celtic creamery for the best ice cream, Jm’s bar and grill, shuckin shack, Daddy Mac’s, EMA touch aquarium was a fantastic spit for kids to see and touch small animals. Short beach at high tide but plenty for the kids to play and enjoy. Short ride to surf city businesses.

Loved this house, the hot tub, steps to the beach. The couches could be updated but not a deal breaker. We would love to stay here again!

The location was awesome but unfortunately the house was not. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and we had some issues with roaches.

We loved the layout of the house and the amazing view from the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The house was on a nice quiet part of the beach and made for a great stay!

This was a nice home at a wonderful location, but we faced some problems with mold in the air vents and on the shower curtain. This house also ahead a problem with cockroaches

The house was perfect for our family and pets. Close to the beach! Well done for pet safety.

This home is in the perfect location on North Topsail Island. Close to the bridge to go grocery shopping and close to Surf City for lots of fabulous places to eat. Plenty of shells and sharks teeth, beautiful sunrise and sunsets and really enjoyed watching the dolphins swimming.
