Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the proximity to the beach access and the glorious sound/sunset views from the home. The outdoor shower doesn’t really function well, even after being looked at by maintenance staff. The home was clean and comfortable for our family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the homes location and the views from both the front and back of the house. The home was spotless upon entry. Everyone we interacted with at Vacasa was helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, this home is in need of some major repairs. There are exposed wires and the top deck railing was only attached by one nail when we got there. These issues need to be resolved immediately for guest safety. Otherwise the place was great!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is nice. It is in need of some care. I sent photos of the carport to Vacasa. Wind damage. Upstairs bedroom exterior sliding glass door doesn't lock. Everytime the washing machine or the toilet is used water comes from a white pipe with a red light on it. The smell is so bad you can't be outside.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Property is in a good location. However we experienced a few minor issues. 1) smoke alarm would not stop going off even after we replaced batteries. This kept most of us awake the first night. Service folks arrived on day two to fix it and ended up having to replace the alarm. 2) On another night, a clock fell off the wall. This clock was very heavy and was not secured with anchors in the wall, so when the sheet rock gave way, the clock fell with a crash waking the house again, around midnight, 3)We also dealt with tiny ants all week in the bedrooms and under the large window seat in kitchen. We called about the ants but no one ever responded to that.4) The outside shower hose barely worked and appeared to have a very old hose that was cut on the end to allow water to escape. The front hose did not work at all. 5) the ice maker did not work. Overall the house was clean but several things need to be fixed or updated in order to make the stay more comfortable. It would have also been nice to have had access to the sound. Houses on both sides have access but this property does not.
