The house is situated at the entrance of a quiet cove and overlooks the main channel of Lake Norman. The 1100-square-foot upper-level deck, furnished with dining table, couches, and loungers, wraps around the house, providing fantastic views of the lake from every angle. Step out from the living room or kitchen onto an additional covered patio to enjoy shaded views of the lake from lounge chairs or dining table. Relax on the stone patio at the water's edge as you swim at the sand beach or take in a sunset beside the fire. br Three of the four bedrooms (all on the second level) have sliding glass doors that open directly onto the deck overlooking the water. The open living room comes with its own martini bar and big screen TV, equipped with DVR and DVD player, as well as Bluetooth Bar to connect with your personal devices.
