Private backyard, Master bedroom with balcony, quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of restaurants and retail.brbrThis is A 6 bedroom home with a game room in the garage but also has a small apartment upstairs that a tenant will be staying in after September 25th. brbrThe quiet tenant is rarely home and has their own private entrance and exit. There is a door upstairs that says “Do Not Enter” which has locks on each side so the tenant can’t not come over to the guests side and Vice versa.brAdditional rulesbr- No smoking of any kind. If you smoke inside the home your reservation will be canceled without a refund and you will be charged up to $500 for smoke abatement.br- No parties or events. Please note the total number of guests listed on your reservation is the maximum permitted occupancy at all times during your stay.br- Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am (no use of outdoor space or backyard patio during these hours). Please use good judgment and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinances if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will be required to vacate the premises.br- Check-in time is 4:00 pm.br- Checkout time is 10:00 am.br- No same-day local guests without prior approval.br- Minimum age of primary guest is 23 years old.
