Important Notes for Your Stay:
• No Garage Parking - Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway of the house.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee - Bringing your pup We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Boat Dock Info - Planning to bring your own boat We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
• Lake Levels May Vary - Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
