It also has a play room/gaming room with a large TV.brbrThe main level has the main kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath and the primary bedroom with the extra large spa bathroom. brThe walkout basement has one fully stocked second full kitchen, full bath, living room, one spacious king bedroom, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). The living room has two TVs, a premium foosball table, and a bubble hockey game. It walks out into the fenced flat back yard with a fire pit. The basement also has a yoga/exercise room (no equipment provided).brbrThe steps to the dock are new, have lights, and aluminum rails on both sides.
