This Luxury Residence is 3672 sq ft that features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a large bonus room. Floor 1 consists of 10FT CEILINGS that offer a stunning and open floor plan with 2 Master Suites, an Open Kitchen with a large island to seat 6, a full laundry room, a Great room, a Pantry, and 2 Storage Closets. The 2nd Floor features 2 Bedrooms, a Full Bath, and a Bonus Room with bunks. The sleeping options are as follows: 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Trundle, 4 Twin XL, and 2 Twin beds. In addition, this beautiful residence sits on a quiet cove on Lake Norman! The kitchen, great room, and 1 master suite all have perfect views of the lake with a connecting deck and covered porched attached. The main floor also features a dining table for 8 and a relaxing living room with picturesque views of the lake through very large open windows. The bonus room, located on the second floor, is a perfect getaway to play board games or watch your favorite movie. Our home also features a large outdoor custom stone patio with a fire pit, a two-tiered large fixed dock, and a floating dock with a ladder for easy water access to enjoy the lake. The house offers plenty of room to entertain, relax, or just enjoy the views. Whether it is sitting around the fire pit until or playing games, watching movies in the bonus room, or sitting on the porch drinking your morning coffee, this house is the perfect place to relax and allow the stresses of life to disappear. Fully equipped kitchen with blender, crock pot, toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, pots/pans, bakeware, dishware and countertop ice machine. There are plenty of different types of glassware for your favorite beverage, and we didn’t forget the corkscrew either! You won't even need to pack any spices since there is a spice rack with all the spices to cook up your favorite meal. We have a Weber propane grill just outside the kitchen on the deck with beautiful views of the lake while you cook! Our dining room table seats up to 8 adults, with an additional eating area out on the Porch where you can seat 6 or on the stone patio - all with spectacular lake views!br brWe picked only the best mattresses for all of the beds with clean, soft sheets, and big fluffy towels. We want you to feel pampered and spoiled!br brOur Bonus room is fun for all ages with a game table for cards and board games, comfy couch, and a TV. Our Custom Stone Patio and Stairs lead to a large dock with great views of the lake as well. There you will also find all of the necessities for lake fun; floatation devices, life vests, fishing poles, as well as 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for your enjoyment.br brOur home also features a 16'x20 floating dock for all of the lake fun you could imagine and because we're located in a quiet cove you don't have to worry about boat traffic & waves. At the dock, there are several flotation devices to float on. The water is 8’ deep at the dock, so cannon balls are a must! Take a ride on our kayaks or paddle boards, look for the many turtles, and do some fishing off the dock. Enjoy sunbathing on the pool play pad while beating the heat on our chic in pool lounge chairs. Lots of sun, and plenty of shade in this area so that you won’t be scorched during those hot summer days.brbrThis home lays on almost an 1/2 of an acre so has plenty of space to sprawl out and for the kids to run around! While the actual home property isn’t technically on the lake, when you cross through our pool gate that leads to the lake, the open grassy area between the home and lake is community property, so during your stay you do have use of this entire area that includes a community boat dock, boat ramp, and community beach. Again, this is shared space, so please be respectful of any neighbors that may be using the area as well. Boat dock “Must” be reserved in advance with homeowner for any overnight boat use. Additional requirements apply for boat use at property. Please message us for details on these requirements.brbrThere are 2 baby gates located in the home for use during your stay if desired, but they are not permanently mounted, therefore gates must be set up by guests in their own desired areas according to individual guest needs and must be taken town by guests upon departure. We do have a highchair and pack n play available for guest use, but these items must be requested and reserved in advance.brbrSorry, but we do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind, we do not allow pets, we do not allow events. There is no running, jumping, or diving around the pool, or jumping or diving from main floor deck. If anyone in your guest party is caught jumping or diving from the main floor deck, all guests will be forced to leave the home immediately without a refund. No glass in pool area or swimming during severe weather such as lightening, hurricanes, tornados, etc. Guests are welcome to heat the spa while using, but heating the entire pool is strictly prohibited to even attempt. Violators with be charged severe fees for excessive propane use. There is a limit of up to 14 overnight guests, and 20 people total are allowed in the home / at the property at any one time. We have a minimum age requirement of 28 for the booking responsible party. The person booking must be present throughout the stay. So sub renting is allowed.brbrWe do require a signed rental agreement and ID verification from our guests. Access to the unit will not be granted without a signed rental agreement and ID verification!
