There are many spaces available to relax and enjoy the lake - my favorite is in a recliner on the screened porch! There is a large table on the screened porch, perfect for enjoying a meal or a card game with the whole family. A couch and fun hanging chairs on the lower porch for sipping a beverage with friends. A picnic table lakeside for eating lunch while fishing and swimming. A set of lounge chairs for the dock for sunbathing. A large lakeside firepit with Adirondack chairs for making s'mores and relaxing late into the evening. The kitchen is fully appointed with dishes, utensils, cookware and small appliances including a blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and electric kettle. There are also some cooking basics such as common spices, flour, sugar, oil and coffee. A 36 Blackstone griddle is located on the upstairs deck, close to the kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms in the home. The first has a king bed, desk with desk chair and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a Twin XL. The fourth is a basement bedroom with a queen bed. The fifth is a basement bunk room with 2 twin loft beds and 2 full sized beds. Crib and highchair provided. There is wireless internet available as well as 5 flat screen TV's with Roku, Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ services. There are also books, board games and cards. Two full baths upstairs and a full bath downstairs with walk-in shower. The basement also features a shuffleboard table, kitchenette with a second full sized fridge and laundry facilities. Guests will have full use and access to the entire home and private use of the dock while staying at the House. We are also located adjacent to the beautiful Venue at Langtree and are a perfect place for wedding guests or your wedding party.brbrSituated on a peaceful street, this cottage looks out onto a beautiful wide cove. Stretching along the lakefront is a broad patio and beach. The lakefront patio is furnished with dining table and chairs as well as lounge chairs with side tables and multiple rolling umbrellas! The sandy beach area has 8 comfy Adirondack chairs surrounding a large Firepit with a copper lid which doubles as a useful table. A perfect place for an evening gathering after a day in the lake. brbrOff the patio is a spacious dock with a boat slip and a large lounge area/ swimming platform. The protected cove is a perfect place for swimming and paddle boarding, but the main water is just two homes up for those venturing further out. The property also includes a sought-after boat launch ramp. A great place to launch provided kayaks or guests can bring their own boats for easy access. The home was designed for lake life, with an open plan and lots of windows that let the sunlight pour in and provide spectacular water views.
