What is more amazing than using an outdoor shower to clean the sand off of your body after a fun-filled day at the beach There is also a propane grill for the grill masters in your group! brbrThe second level includes five En Suites, each with a private bath. Three of the King bedrooms have ocean views and deck access. There is also an En Suite with Two Bunk Beds. Step out onto the covered balcony to enjoy views of the ocean. There is also a quaint sitting area and a laundry closet on this level.brbrThe next level up is sure to please everyone in the group. You will find the great room, which has a seasonal fireplace, flat screen TV, and sliding door access to the covered deck with ocean views. The kitchen features two side-by-side stainless steel refrigerators and two dishwashers as well as an expansive island with bar seating. There is plenty of seating at the dining table. A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. The lower level (and entry area) of the cottage has a convenient heated and cooled room with washer and dryer, utility sink, extra refrigerator, and a private toilet. Named after our pampered German Shepherd, Tucker’s Treehouse is our dog friendly, fully updated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house with a fully fenced back yard and hot tub. The house is a 2 minute walk to the Sound where you’ll catch beautiful sunsets while biking or walking the dog along the water. This is Tucker’s second beach house (spoiled boy!) and it is as meticulously maintained as the first. Check out our other rental Tucker’s Sea Ranch for our excellent reviews.brbrWe created Tucker’s Treehouse because we were disappointed in the options available when traveling with our dog. Either the homes were bare of furniture or dirty with dog hair. You will not find that here at Tucker’s Treehouse. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and providing a great vacation home that has what you need and some extras too! We allow up to two well behaved dogs. No other types of pets are allowed. brbrThe house is a beach box style with double decks and is in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood just two blocks from the sound and a couple minutes' drive to the beach. The house is perfect for families or couples traveling with their dog looking for a place to relax.brbrAs you come up the stairs to enter the house, there is outdoor seating for six and a large propane fire pit to enjoy on colder nights. The door opens with a key code so that you will never be locked out.brbrOnce inside you’ll enter into an open floor plan with the kitchen to your left in the living room to your right. All of the furniture is brand new and the kitchen is very well appointed with almost anything you would need to cook and serve for six guests. The living room has a large smart TV (no cable) and beneath it, an electric fireplace. We provide WiFi, at the fastest speed available in the outer banks. brbrThere are three bedrooms, with a king bed in the master and queen beds in the others. The beds have high-quality percale cotton sheets as well as quilts. There are extra blankets and pillows. The master bedroom opens to a balcony and staircase into the yard which is great for letting pup out!brbrThe hallway bathroom has a full tub-shower and the master bathroom is en-suite with a walk-in stall type shower. The towels are high-quality cotton, and there are six bath towels and washcloths provided. We also provide beach towels for each guest.brbrFor pup, there are large, elevated food bowls, dog towels, treats (of course!) and a large crate with crate pad. The yard is fully fenced with a 6-foot fence. brbrFor little ones, we have a pack and play at the house or a full crib available upon request.
