The private heated pool is an ample 30 ft by 16 ft, with deck space for seating so you can watch the kids play. Need more space How about that rooftop deck over the cabana bar Outfitted with a sink and full-size refrigerator you can store drinks and snacks for the beach or poolside. There's a party going on here all the time! A gazebo by the natural dune offers a shaded respite to enjoy the breeze and some quiet time away from the commotion, or just a cozy evening gathering for the adults.

The top-level great room, dining and kitchen have beautiful views from inside or on the deck. Finally you have space for all to have dinner together with multiple tables and a huge bar that seats 10. The kitchen has room for lots of help. There is plenty of counterspace that includes a center island with storage and a large bar with a second sink for another workstation! Who doesn't want to cook with that view Eight master bedrooms give adults the privacy they need while the kids can share bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms.

Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is an available option in this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
