Both living levels are wheelchair and stroller accessible with wide hallways. There are 4 easy walk-in showers and 2 bathtubs. Wi-Fi is throughout home.brbrLiving Areas - The upper living area has a TV, DVD player and lots of space. We are also located 1/4 mile from the Holden Beach bridge and restaurants, ice cream, candy, coffee, bike/kayak rentals, a park and boat launch are just a walk or bike ride away. Holden Beach also has a small pavilion (also within walking distance) with live music during the summer. brbrOur renovated kitchen is fully stocked. In addition, we have new flooring, paint, beds and furniture. Irie Vibes has 4 bedrooms and a play room with 2 XL twin beds. Porches on the front and back of the home offer shelter and comfy seating., perfect after a long day of golf or playing on the beach! The outdoor shower is enclosed and has space for towels or wet clothes.brbrOur home is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs. Only dogs- no other pets. Our pet fee is $250. Please report ALL pets on your reservation & pay the appropriate fee. brbrWe had a security camera installed at the end of September 2022. This camera only monitors outside the front door. No cameras are inside the home or in the back yard. brbrOur favorite part of our home is the outdoor space, including a large pool (32 x 14) with decking, landscaping and fencing The pool can be heated March-May, September and October, weather permitting. Off the main living space is the Primary bedroom with a King bed and full bath; there is also a half bathroom and laundry room on same floor. brbrOn the second floor are two bedrooms. First bedroom has a Bunk bed (for children only), and a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, both areas are split with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. Peek of the canal to the Intercoastal waterway is from back porch, dining room and a bedroom.brbrWe began renting in the Summer of 2010 after major renovations to include updated sleeper sofa, love seat and chair which provide a comfortable spot for you to watch TV with a blu ray DVD or enjoy family time. All weather proof windows and blinds have been installed, Barbour carpet throughout the house except for bathrooms, dining area and kitchen where Italian tile has been laid. Counter tops in both bathrooms now have been changed to beautiful granite. The Wet Bar area also now has gorgeous granite from Brazil as well. Appliances in the kitchen are Stainless Steel Kenmore or GE units (stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). Fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, cookware and small appliances included. The Master bedroom has a king size bed (2016) with a flat screen, TV, blu ray DVD and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has queen size bed (2017), trundle twin bed (2016), TV and blu ray DVD . The third bedroom has a queen size bed (2017) with a TV and blu ray DVD . A picnic table sits on the back porch for your enjoyment. Ceiling fans have been installed in every bedroom and the living room and each bedroom has a separate fan. There is a small entertainment center with a small stereo system and a host of various table games for your enjoyment. brbrOutside, we have 6 beach chairs, a charcoal grill, 8 stackable chairs, 4 small side tables and rocking chairs with table in the small separate carport area. We also have 5 outdoor rocking chairs and 3 small side tables on the front porch and 2 rocking chairs and table on the back porch along with 2 convert-a-benches picnic table. We also have an outdoor enclose shower with hot water.brbrA quaint and charming island, without crowds or flashing lights, Holden Beach is a beach lover's dream! The Town of Holden Beach, nationally recognized as one of the premier 'Family Beaches' in the United States. Holden Beach is proud of what we do not have. We are primarily a residential community, with a small commercial area. Holden Beach is a great place to relax, enjoy the beach and the natural wildlife that surrounds us.
