Stayed Jan 16, 2026Beautiful home, amazing ocean view and gourmet kitchen made this one of the best weekends for my group! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and made the rental experience effortless. We are already planning on staying at Hypnotic again!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This house had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach with family! We were 11 adults and two dogs. The private walkway to the beach was so nice to have. The breeze that comes off the ocean and through the pool/grill area was heavenly. We had minor electrical issues when first checking in, but the owner was very responsive and had it fixed right away. Holden Beach is clean, safe and family friendly. We walked across the street to the all the restaurants and for ice cream in the evenings. We loved our stay!

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The house was perfect for our needs. The manager and owner were pleasant, very helpful, and responded quickly to our questions. They went out of their way to get new things in the house for the two toddlers we had in tow. Above and beyond! Kitchen well appointed and there are 3 refrigerators! The beach closet was well stocked with all things “beachy” which was great that we did not have to bring our own chairs and toys. We loved that the pool was in the shade after the hot sun on the beach. Proximity to 3 restaurants was fantastic. We did not encounter any street noise even though several bedrooms are on the street side. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Hypnotic for making our family vacation special!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from second and third floors. House was clean upon arrival. Plenty of refrigerator space. Door to pool could use a handle to be able to close easier. Overall, the property worked out great.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house on Holden Beach. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed! It was great having 2 restaurants basically right outside our door and a cute coffee shop to get our morning coffees. The owners are wonderful and so accommodating. Stayed Mar 20, 2025We had never stayed at Holden Beach and thought we would try something different. The check in process was seamless. The house is right on the water and was played out perfectly for our group of 8 (4 couples). We cooked most of our meals, but did walk the 3 minutes to one of the local spots for dinner. The best thing about this property is the property management company. They have amazing customer service and are so friendly. Also, the pictures and descriptions are true to their word. We will definitely be back - when it’s a little warmer . 5 stars all the way around!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The house is large and right on the beach with adequate access. The shaded pool was a nice break from the sun on the beach and the owner was able to heat it remotely upon request. The kitchen did not have a lot of storage for a large family’s supplies and the beds were uncomfortable, but otherwise the house was spacious and had what we needed. The house is very close to the bridge and to public access, so traffic was audible from street-facing bedrooms, and the beach filled up quickly in the mornings. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the ocean, just steps away from the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them on the spacious dining table or out on the deck with the sound of waves crashing in the background. The living areas are cozy and stylish, offering plenty of space for relaxation and family time. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool and swimming. It's a fantastic addition that made our vacation feel luxurious and exclusive. The outdoor area is well-maintained, with comfortable seating and beautiful landscaping that enhances the overall ambiance. Each bedroom is a haven of comfort, with plush bedding and plenty of space. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was an absolute dream. The hosts were incredibly accommodating ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly set this property apart. We highly recommend this oceanfront house to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable vacation. Stayed Jun 1, 2024One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. House was in fantastic condition. We had 17 people staying there and all had enough space. Three refrigerators was fantastic to keep different groups food separate.
