The modern kitchen is well equipped, and complete with 2 new stainless steal refrigerators, over the range microwave, flat top stove & wine cooler. The large dining table has enough space for everyone to come together for family-style meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories! Bedroom #7 located on the 2nd floor has amazing views of the marsh and is complete with a Twin/Full bunkbed as well as a Twin/Twin bunkbed, sleeping 5. You will also find a small seating area located in this room.

The 2nd level features Bedroom #3 complete with a Queen bed, TV, StreetSide view and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is complete with 2 Queen beds, TV, ceiling fan, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #5 is complete with a King bed, TV, oceanside view and shared bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 complete with 2 King beds, TV, balcony access with oceanside view and private bath with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.

Enjoy a good book and a cool beverage while rocking your days away on the covered oceanfront deck, allowing the sounds of the ocean to soothe your soul. Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.
