Enjoyed our stay

Great place to relax and enjoy time with family. Staff was friendly when we had to call for anything. We will definitely stay again.

Great floor plan & size for 4 adults & two 7 year olds. Pictures were accurate. Kitchen was well stocked. Great walkway to beach with cold/hot shower rinse off. Public walkway directly beside the home which was surprisingly used by few. Only suggestion would be replace highly used, rusted & broken pool lounge chairs & clean up around the pool & carport area. Area was great for finding shells & shark teeth. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years, at a variety of beaches and have never had an experience like this one. When we arrived at the home at checkin time, the cleaning crew was still there (we were not early.). We were forced to sit outside for almost an hour past checkin time until the house was ready. The outside area (pool, parking, lower sitting area) had not been cleaned at all. There was trash, beach toys, an overturned dirty rug, and many things left behind and strewn about in the outside area. The house itself was clean. Many of the deck boards needed replaced and has nails sticking out of them. Additionally, the walkway to the beach was unkept and and had many weeds growing throughout it. The pool area landscaping was also very unkept. Lastly, one of the beds was completely broken and the mattress was laying halfway on the floor. It was 2 day before they were able to replace the bed frame. Positives - the location and access to the beach. I would not recommend this home for the price, the quality was not near comparable to other places we have stayed. I have never left a negative review on any stay; however, this one is deserving of one unfortunately. I spent multiple days trying to get everything lined out and getting the management company to make it right, when I should’ve been enjoying a week at the beach. In the end, they decided to offer me a 250 refund which is not even a half of the price per night.

Overall great experience. The house was clean and updated, it worked very well for our large group. The only 2 concerns were 1) it wasn't clear from the listing, but towels were not included. However the property management group worked hard to get towels delivered to us as quickly as possible. 2) The outdoor propane grill is dangerous. There is no way to adjust the propane going from tank to grill and my husband lost some arm hair. We probably would have grilled more if the grill was safe and functional. Otherwise everything was very nice! The heated pool was a big hit with the kids!

Second year in a row at this location. New renovations were outstanding. Like I said last year, the only thing wrong with this house is that I don’t own it. Only negative thing I can say is the cleaning crew need to dust the ceiling fans

Loved the house. Plenty of space for everyone! The grand kids loved the heated pool.

This house is a perfect getaway for a group! Plenty of space, great view. The heated pool was fabulous and being able to walk right out to the beach and back via private walkway was so easy with children. Finding the boardwalk shower was already warmed was super convenient as well.

Only thing wrong with the property is that I don’t own it
