Captain's Choice is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2100 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The kitchen was completely remodeled in the fall of 2017 and there is new furniture in the living area and lots of new furnishings throughout the rest of the house. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all brand new appliances in 2017, a granite topped eat-in island that can seat 4 people, a living/dining area with all new furniture in 2017, and a queen sized bedroom with full bath that was remodeled in 2018. The second floor has 3 king sized bedrooms, 2 of which are oceanfront with decks, and 2 full sized baths, both of which were remodeled in 2019. The third floor is a perfect retreat for the children featuring 4 single beds and a queen sized bed and is equipped with lots of toys and games. New mattresses were purchased for all beds in 2019. New flooring was installed in 2023 and the entire interior was repainted in 2023. The duplex has free WIFI, 6 cable TVs, charcoal built-in grill, DVD players, beach furniture and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Beach games include bocce ball, corn hole, volleyball, and a water table for the little ones. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide spacious beach that is only a very short walk from the house. Duplex is very private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The decking areas are all newly renovated to meet current code standards. brPlease note that Captain's Choice is rented by the week during the months of April through October from Sunday to Sunday. For the months of November through March, a minimum stay of four nights is required. brbrPLEASE NOTE: I require a signed rental agreement for each rental to include the mailing address of the tenant.
