The Oceans Oyster-Hot tub, 5 min to beach, Pets, Sleeps 10 , Sound Views!!

The house served my family well - nice common upstairs with kitchen and living room open to each other so we could all gather, cook, and enjoy meals. The hot tub was enjoyable with the grand kids. Back porch was comfortable - even in early January there were days temperature wise that allowed us to enjoy the space.

Our family had a great vacation here! The house is clean and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch is such a great spot to enjoy a conversation or morning coffee! The host was extremely communicative and helped us get everything we needed to make our stay easy and fun!

This was probably our most favorite rental at the beach. The host communication was superb and everything was as described. They thought of all the little things like dog bowls and table fans. I especially loved that they provided linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean, cozy & spacious! Room for everyone to have their own space to relax. Comfortable beds & furniture. My 2 dogs had to get used to all the steps. Fenced backyard made it easy to let them outside safely.

So many convenient amenities- wish we'd had more time.

We enjoyed our first stay here so much, we came back. The house and decorating are beautiful. It's well maintained, and it's stocked with all the little things you could need to enjoy your stay. Starting the day with a coffee on the deck overlooking the sound is great, and in the evenings the whole family enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The short walk to the beach is easy. the host is responsive, and made several great dining recommendations.

We enjoyed a weekend away with family for a wedding in Swansboro. The house is perfect I host families with kids and the house is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed morning coffee around the table in the kitchen and watching March Madness in the living room. The beds were soft and the water pressure in the showers were perfect. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and bunk beds.

Stacys place was so great- probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in and such a happy house. I loved the location with the Bay views- very peaceful and then just a short walk to the beach! She has thought of everything- linens and beds are to die for as well as the decor! Would stay here again and again!

We were in town over the holidays for a family event and found Stacey's retreat a perfect place to unwind. The beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful, place was very clean and perfect location. Even our four legged friend was able to relax. Would recommend for all families.

My family loved this beach house. Short walk from the house to the beach. Very clean! Very spacious. Loved that the kitchen had everything we needed for nights we decided to stay in and cook. We would definitely choose to stay again!!

Everything about the stay was excellent. Great accommodations, amenities and location. And even our daughter’s dog was welcomed with a food and water bowl. Great equipped kitchen for cooking! Loved the screened in porch and hot tub.

The property was just as advertised. We appreciated that this beautifully decorated, spacious home was so well-appointed. Our host was very helpful and responsive, and our family enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) staying in Emerald Isle for a few nights and we loved the space! The decor is very beachy and gives the southern coastal vibe. The living space on the main level was so comfortable and we loved having access to a hot tub to relax at night. We also enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch. Quick 5 min walk to the beach and easy access to great restaurants and nearby beach towns. Host was very communicative and helpful. High recommend!

Stacy was a very communicative host. The house is in a great location for walking to the beach, the house is super well appointed for beach going and cooking. The outdoor spaces are great, the furniture is nice, etc. I could go on and on, but there’s a big BUT… There was one major issue with our stay, and that was the AC. Upon arrival on Thursday, the house was pretty warm on the main level (thermostat read 74), but brutally hot upstairs (where 2 bedrooms are, likely in the mid 80’s). There is only one thermostat, on the main level, in the main bedroom. We cranked the AC down to 67 to try to cool it down in time for bed, but it didn’t work and the upstairs couples suffered. We kept the house at 67 all day Friday while at the beach, with blinds closed, and it was finally cool Friday night! Woohoo! Then on Saturday, we kept it there again. But when we got back from the beach on Saturday, the house was very warm again… upon checking, the AC unit had iced over. Stacy immediately dispatched someone with portable AC units, and they were installed in less than 2 hours, which was very helpful. However, the house was not cooled down enough to sleep until almost 1 am. The AC guy came to inspect the unit as well, and found the 2 air intakes had issues. 1 filter was filthy, like it hadn’t been changed in years. And the other didn’t even have an air filter. The AC guy thinks the clogged filter contributed to the icing over of the AC unit. We would stay again if the AC was fixed.

The Oceans Oyster was a perfect stay! We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Beds were very comfortable and clean. They even supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash and a towel and washcloth for each guest along with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and beach wagon. Short and easy walk to the beach. Host was very easy to communicate with and quick with responses. Highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at the Ocean's Oyster! Pictures do not capture how beautiful this home is. The home is 3 levels and has two decks. There are views of the sound side and the inside of the house is decorated so beautifully. There is great light, wonderful touches everywhere and the bedrooms and living space are calming and are so comfortable. There is everything too you need for the stay and also to go to the beach - the house is stocked with towels, chairs, umbrellas and even a cart to bring all and the walk was an easy 5 minutes. There is a fenced in backyard and our dog loved it and saw lots of bunnies too :) The house is on the main road so is accessible to the bike trail but also is set far enough back to have privacy and quiet. This is a great stay and location on Emerald Isle we would love to stay here again. Stacy was a wonderful host and very responsive and so welcoming too!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials for a great beach vacation. The owners were exceptionally helpful and quickly responded to any questions. The view of summer sunset over the water from the top floor was stunning. We appreciated the beach cart and chairs that were available for use, and the ease of accessing the house through the garage. The decor was tasteful, functional, and uncluttered. The bunk room on the bottom floor was great for the kids to have their own space. All of the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for guest’s items in the bedrooms and in the kitchen area. We would love to stay at this property again and hopefully for a longer duration next time! :)
