Stylish Beach Escape w/ Pool & Golf Cart

This place is fantastic. It's large, spacious, and modern while tucked away in a cul-de-sac. The house is clean and has just about everything you need. I like how we could communicate via text for check-in and check-out which made the process easy. The golf cart made traveling to the beach and pier a simple process. I only wish we could have driven it around other neighborhoods because the kids loved to take rides. We ran into a couple of issues: We visited in October and there were a couple of cold nights. The house became cold one night but the heat was locked out on the 'smart' thermostat. It asked for a code and we didn't know what it was. That said, we went one night without heat and everyone was cold. We contacted Spinnaker's Reach Realty (property management company) the next day and they didn't know the code either. We were able to find a workaround but we had to make sure someone was awake around 11:30 every night to change the thermostat because it was on a schedule that we had no control over. We were not happy about this at all and it should be addressed. The other issue is the mattresses. They are super firm and everyone that stayed the week had an issue with pain the next morning. I'd recommend switching them out. I'd give this place five stars but the thermostat issue really was a problem and the super firm mattresses didn't help. I highly recommend that the owners look into resolving these issues, especially for those of us who like to vacation during the slow season when it tends to be colder.

It was fun loving and bonding experience with family. The rental was what I expected. Enjoyed the pool and the beach.

Nicely renovated near-beach property on a quiet cul-de-sac. Our family enjoyed the stay with a well equipped kitchen, grill, and baths for almost all bedrooms. Would recommend the house for a smaller group than advertised. The living room and table were really only comfortable for 6-8 adults. The basement bedroom was more of a rec space than a real bedroom (for adults) and did not have direct access to a full bath. The house has a golf cart and ample parking, along with a sweet little pool and side yard with a volleyball net.

We loved the Key Lime Cottage. The golf cart was a definite perk and we loved taking it to the beach. The house was a perfect set up and the kids loved the game room. The only downsides- the appliances need to be updated and the outside where the Adirondack chairs are needs to have an awning or something. The sun is impossible in the afternoon and we couldn’t enjoy it.

We loved our stay here!!! We had 10 adults and 3 kids in our party. It was a great house and quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this place.
