It has a full-on ocean view from the deck, bedrooms and the living room, not partial views and not over the street or rooftops. It is the private half of a duplex. The other side of the duplex is not a rental; it is someone's rarely used second home, so you will not have any crazy or noisy neighbors, parties or big groups next door. brThe kitchen and baths were recently completely renovated; see photos. You''re likely to see dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Unlike staying in a condo complex, you'll have privacy and no worries about noise, sharing the deck or annoying neighbors. No dogs. Perfect for families with children. The house is close to a lifeguard station on the beach. brThere is a gentle set of stairs from deck to beach, not the 50 or 60 steps at some places. The living room furniture is new in 2026. brThe house has everything you'll need and the kitchen is fully equipped (even a spare blender, coffee maker & toaster). There is a Kuerig coffee machine with pot and pod capability. We provide starter supplies upon your arrival (soap, paper towels, t.p.). All of the bedding in the house is newer premium gel memory foam 12 mattresses with thick zippered bed-sacks. brThis house is an excellent value and has everything you'll need for a restful stress-free vacation at the beach.
