This spacious, well-appointed home has a pool table, theater room, and large ski equipment/mudroom that is also a sunroom. Close to Appalachian Ski Mountain, Boone, and Blowing Rock, guests enjoy easy access to all the mountains have to offer. brbrThe spacious open concept living area, equipped with unique furnishings and a gas log fireplace, provides a modern mountain feel. High picture windows flood the space with warm natural light, and the vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling has ample recessed lighting. The adjoining kitchen, well equipped with updated appliances, is a pleasurable culinary space. The dining area has ample seating for ten (10) with three (3) extra bar seats. Step out to the deck and find a gas grill, an outdoor dining table that seats ten (10) or more, two rocking chairs, and two outdoor sofas covered by the roof to keep the cushions dry, where you can enjoy seasonal views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Just beyond is the dining table. On the main level, you'll find a king bedroom with it's own TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. Just outside of the door is the entrance to the full bath with a tub/shower combination.brUpstairs is the queen suite, also with a TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. The attached bathroom has shower for guests' use. Downstairs in the bunk area, with a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle underneath, and a separate full sized bed. There is a sofa and mini-split for comfort. The garage is accessed from the lower level and is set up as a game room with a ping pong table.
