This was a great house in a great location (fairly easy to find) - Near town, hiking, restaurants and groceries -But still in the country to enjoy.I am a hot tub owner and picky about the cleanliness. This one was very clean, but there are two screws that need attention on the headrest. We loved all the other amenities too. The movie room was awesome and the fire pit was a perfect spot to unwind after the day. We cooked breakfast every morning, had coffee on the deck and all we needed after a good nighrs rest.

The house was perfect for our family. 3 families each had their own bathroom and space, Location was Perfect. During the day we visited Wilderness Alpine coaster, Mystery Hill, Grandfather Mtn, Linville Caverns, Glen Burney Falls trail to see cascades, Tweetsie Railroad, downtown Boone, and driving around was even an adventure. We loved it!

The photos don't fully capture how amazing it is. It's clean, in a beautiful location, has everything you need, and has a super responsive management team. The theatre room alone makes this place amazing. The property location is about a 5-minute drive into Boone. It's perfect for spending a holiday with family, or anyone that wants a luxury property as a home base to hike, ski, site seeing, and much much more! Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful. The family enjoyed the game room, pool table and movie theater. The driveway accessing the property was tricky with construction next door, and the house needs a deep clean (ceiling fans and baseboards), but we still loved the home and area.

Everything was gorgeous from the mountain view to the beautifully appointed rooms. We were especially appreciative of the excellent reading material for us and our children in our down time. The home theater was also a big treat. Would love to come back soon!

We loved our stay this week. Upon arriving, the hot tub wasn’t working properly. We notified the property managers and they responded immediately. We weren’t able to use it our first night, but they got someone out to get it up and running the next day. The home is beautifully decorated and has wonderful views. The back yard is steep, so if you have a pet, just be aware. We made it work. The pool table and movie room were a hit! We loved our family time playing pool and watching movies together. Great location. Easy commute to Blowing Rock and Boone. My husband loved the ease of getting to these locations, yet still feeling a little isolated from a lot of people. Thank you! Highly recommend.

This home is not only beautiful, but the layout of the house was perfect for our group. The group consisted of my husband and I, our children, grandchildren, a spouse, a girlfriend and her parents. The house offered a variety of activities for people to do to get away from the commotion. The movie theatre room was beautiful and a huge hit. The pool table was another great spot the adults enjoyed. The hot tub was a wonderful spot to warm up and it was properly cleaned and treated! The kitchen was open and spacious enough for many hands to work! Everything was easily found and accessable. The dining table fit all 12 of us comfortably. 3 more could have eaten at the island. The mud room in the basement was a help with all of the hooks, as it kept those who were sledding from throwing bibs, boots, and coats all over the living room. The beds were all very comfortable. (bring a few extra towels) Plenty of empty dressers for us to unpack and settle in. Spacious closet space to store our bags and clothing. Open counter space and pantry area to place all of the food we brought. (Knowing a winter storm was coming, we had every food item we would need--there was no running to the store. We were iced in for 2 days.) We did bring chains for our vehicle, and if you are going in cold months, I would strongly recommend that you bring them. Our other vehicles did not make it to the slopes because the roads were so icy. We were able to make it where other cars were stuck on the side, and roads had to close. We would highly recommend this house. The rental company was prompt to respond when we had a question or needed something. They were able to accomodate our needs and requests promptly. I would not hesitate to rent from them again! If we return to ski here again, I would rent this house again, too!

We had a great time. The home is perfect for families and it was very accommodating to our college-age daughters and our dog. The home theater is awesome. If coming during the winter take the 4-wheel drive statement seriously. The driveway can be an eye-opener when you first arrive. We got to explore Boone and Blowing Rock, ski at Appalachian Mountain, tube at Hawksnest. Great time.

We spent a December weekend in this gorgeous home. We had five adults and three kids (aged 2, 6 and 8) and there was something to enjoy for everyone! The space is open, bright, fresh and clean. All four of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and each bathroom was beautifully appointed. There were even some age-appropriate toys and books available for the children to use! The highlight of this house, however, is the theater room. During a foggy, rainy weekend, we spent much of it cozied up in the theater room watching Christmas movies and spending quality time together. All of this is to say that this property was one of our favorite places we've ever stayed and we'd love to come back in the future!
