Overlooking the BHI Club's seventh green, 7th Heaven's covered front porch welcomes and beckons you to stop, sit, relax, and savor the sounds of ocean and bird song as well as the whispering of breezes through the palms. Alight here or just inside in the bright foyer-furnished for comfy conversation or a quiet read. Around the corner, a central living space with lots of built-ins offers a great alternative for game-playing and movie-watching to the main living area upstairs. Off it are three pampering suites. The first is a sunny corner Queen with large a closet, access to the covered back porch and providing a beautifully appointed ensuite. The next is a cheery corner King with its own sitting area, a walk-in closet, entrée to the back porch and a spa-like ensuite. The beach and the Shoals Club are a short bike ride away or less than 2 minutes away by golf cart.brbrThe home is a reverse floor plan with the living area upstairs and the bedrooms on the first floor. The home provides privacy and comfort as each bedroom has thick plush pillow top mattresses, its own full bathroom and TV. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house each with access to the screened porch. The master has a king bed and the guest room has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. The crofter, located over the garage, provides extra privacy with a queen bed, TV, full bathroom, sitting area and private deck. The screened porch, the upper deck off the main living area and a large open deck in the privacy of the back of the home are all perfect for total relaxation, grilling, dining al fresco, cocktails and company.brbrOur cottage is well stocked for you to enjoy a comfortable beach vacation.
